jnanayog ka adhikari banane ke lie manushy ko pahale ‘sham’ aur ‘dam’ mean apani gati kar leni chahie. donoan mean gati ek sath hi ki ja sakati hai. indriyoan ko unake kendr mean sthir karana aur unhean bahirmukh n hone dene ka nam hai ‘sham’ tatha ‘dam’. ab maian tumhean ‘indriy’ shabd ka arth samajhata hooan. dekho, ye tumhari aankhean haian, lekin ye darshanendriy nahian haian. ye to keval dekhane ka sadhan matr haian. jise darshanendriy kahate haian, vah yadi mujhamean n ho to bahari aankhean hone par bhi mujhe kuchh dikhayi n dega. ab man lo ki dekhane ka sadhan ye bahari aankhean mujhamean haian aur darshanendriy bhi maujood hai, lekin mera man unamean nahian laga hai, aisi dasha mean mujhe kuchh nahian dikh sakega. isalie yah spasht hai ki kisi bhi vastu ke jnan ke lie tin batean avashyak haian. ve haian
- sadhanabhoot bahirindriy-jaise aankh, kan, nak ityadi,
- darshanaksham antarindriy aur
- ant mean man.
in tinoan mean se agar ek bhi vidyaman n huee to vastu ka jnan n hoga. is prakar man ki kriya bahy tatha antar in do sadhanoan dvara hua karati hai.
isake bad hai ‘titiksha’. tatvajnan banana jara tedhi hi khir hai ! ‘titiksha’ sab se kathin hai. kaha ja sakata hai ki adarsh sahanashilata aur titiksha ek hi haian. adarsh sahanashilata ka arth hai—‘ashubh ka pratikar n karo’ isaka arth jara spasht karane ki avashyakata hai. aye hue duahkh ka shayad ham pratikar n karean, kintu ho sakata hai ki sath hi sath ham duahkhi bhi ho jayan. yadi koee manushy mujhe k di bat suna de, to sambhav hai, oopar se maian usaka tiraskar n karooan; shayad use pratyuttar bhi n dooan aur bahar krodh n prakat hone dooan, lekin mere man mean usake prati tiraskar ya gussa maujood rah sakata hai. ho sakata hai ki us manushy ke bare mean maian man-hi-man atyant bura sochata rahooan.[1]
