vidhi

  • arati mean pahale moolamantr (jis devata ka jis mantr se poojan kiya gaya ho, us mantr) ke dvara tin bar pushpaanjali deni chahiye aur dhol, naga de, shankh, gh diyal adi mahavadyoan tatha jay-jayakar ke shabd ke sath shubh patr mean ghrit se ya kapoor se visham sankhya ki battiyaan jalakar arati karani chahiye.

  • kalash ek khas akar ka bana hota hai. isake aandar ka sthan bilkul khali hota hai. kahate haian ki is khali sthan mean shiv basate haian.

jal

jal se bhara kalash devataoan ka asan mana jata hai. darasal, ham jal ko shuddh tattv manate haian, jisase eeshvar akrisht hote haian.

nariyal

arati ke samay ham kalash par nariyal rakhate haian. nariyal ki shikhaoan mean sakaratmak oorja ka bhandar paya jata hai. ham jab arati gate haian, to nariyal ki shikhaoan mean maujood oorja tarangoan ke madhyam se kalash ke jal mean pahuanchati hai. yah tarangean kafi sookshm hoti haian.

sona

aisi manyata hai ki sona apane as-pas ke vatavaran mean sakaratmak oorja phailata hai. sone ko shuddh kaha jata hai. yahi vajah hai ki ise bhaktoan ko bhagavan se jodane ka madhyam bhi mana jata hai.

taanbe ka paisa

taanbe mean satvik laharean utpann karane ki kshamata adhik hoti hai. kalash mean uthati huee laharean vatavaran mean pravesh kar jati haian. kalash mean paisa dalana tyag ka pratik bhi mana jata hai. yadi ap kalash mean taanbe ke paise dalate haian, to isaka matalab hai ki apamean satvik gunoan ka samavesh ho raha hai.

sapt nadiyoan ka jal

ganga, godavari,yamuna, siandhu, sarasvati, kaveri aur narmada nadi ka jal pooja ke kalash mean dala jata hai. sapt nadiyoan ke jal mean sakaratmak oorja ko akrisht karane aur use vatavaran mean pravahit karane ki kshamata hoti hai. kyoanki zyadatar yogi-muni ne eeshvar se ekakar karane ke lie inhian nadiyoan ke kinare tapasya ki thi.

supari aur pan

yadi ham jal mean supari dalate haian, to isase utpann tarangean hamare rajogun ko samapt kar deti haian aur hamare bhitar devata ke achchhe gunoan ko grahan karane ki kshamata badh jati hai. pan ki bel ko 'nagabel' bhi kahate haian. nagabel ko bhoolok aur brahmalok ko jodane vali kadi mana jata hai. isamean bhoomi tarangoan ko akrisht karane ki kshamata hoti hai. sath hi, ise satvik bhi kaha gaya hai. devata ki moorti se utpann sakaratmak oorja pan ke danthal dvara grahan ki jati hai.

tulasi

ayurved mean tulasi ka prayog sadiyoan se hota a raha hai. any vanaspatiyoan ki tulana mean tulasi mean vatavaran ko shuddh karane ki kshamata adhik hoti hai.

arati ke bhav

arati ke do bhav hai jo kramash: ‘nirajan’ aur ‘arati’ shabd se vyakt hue haian.

  1. nirajan (ni:sheshen rajanan prakashanam)- ka arth hai- vishesharoop se, ni:shesh roop se prakashit karana. anek dip battiyaan jalakar vigrah ke charoan or ghumane ka abhipray yahi hai ki poora-ka-poora vigrah e di se choti tak prakashit ho uthe-chamak uthe, aang-pratyang spasht roop se udbhasit ho jay, jisamean darshak ya upasak bhali-bhaanti devata ki roop-chhata ko nihar sake, hridayangm kar sake.
  2. doosara ‘arati’ shabd (jo sanskrit) ke artika prakrit roop hai aur jisaka arth hai- arisht. visheshat: madhury upasana se sanbandhit hai.

mahattv

  • bhagavan ke poojan ke ant mean arati ki jati hai.
  • poojan mean jo truti rah jati hai, arati se usaki poorti ho jati hai.
  • shastroan mean arati ka vishesh mahattv bataya gaya hai.
  • poojan mean yadi mantr aur kriya mean kisi prakar ki kami rah jati hai to bhi arati kar lene par usaki poorti ho jati hai.
  • arati karane ka hi nahian, arati dekhane ka bhi bahut b da puny hai. jo nity bhagavan ki arati dekhata hai aur donoan hathoan se arati leta hai, vah apani karo d pidhiyoan ka uddhar karata hai tatha ant mean bhagavan ke param pad ko prapt ho jata hai.
  • at: atyant hi shraddha-bhakti se apane ishtadev ki nity arati karani chahiye.

arati rag mean gane ka karan

hamari prachin paranpara ke anusar bhagavan ko prasann karane ke lie arati ki jati hai aur ye arati rag mean gaee jati haian. arati rag mean hi kyoan gaee jati haian? isake pichhe dharmik karan to hai sath hi isaka vaijnanik karan bhi hai. arati rag mean karane ke pichhe dharmik karan yahi hai ki sangitamay arati bhagavan ko bhi prasann kar deti hai. sahi sangit har sthiti mean man ko sukoon dene vala hi hota hai. hamare dharm granthoan mean kee prasang aise ate haian jahaan bhagavan ki prarthana mean vibhinn vadyayantroan ke sath-sath unaki stuti ko sahi sur mean gaya jata hai. aise stuti gan se devi-devata turant hi prasann ho jate haian. aisa mana jata hai. pratidin prat: kal sahi sur-tal ke sath arati karana hamare svasthy ke lie bhi labhadayak hai. sahi sur mean gayan karane se hamare sharir ka poora sistam prabhavit hota hai. hamean oorja milati hai, rakt sanchar badh jata hai. arati gan ko yoga ki tarah hi dekha ja sakata hai. isase hamari avaz saf aur surili ho jati hai. niyamit arati karane vale logoan ki avaz mean alag hi akarshan paida ho jata hai. sath hi gale se sanbandhit kee rog hamesha door hi rahate haian. inake alava bhi kee any svasthy sanbandhi labh haian. labhoan ko dekhate hue hi aratiyaan rag mean gane ki paranpara shuroo ki gee hai. charanamrit

hindoo dharm mean bhagavan ki arati ke pashchath bhagavan ka charanamrit diya jata hai. is shabd ka arth hai bhagavan ke charanoan se prapt amrit. arthath vah pani jise kisi devata ya mahatma ke charan dhoye gaye hoan aur isi lie jo amrit ke saman poojy samajh kar piya jata ho. doodh, dahi, ghi, chini aur shahad ka vah mishran jisamean lakshmi, shaligram adi ko snan karaya jata hai. aur jo ukt jal ki bhaanti pavitr samajhakar piya jata hai. hindoo dharm mean ise bahut hi pavitr mana jata hai tatha mastak se lagane ke bad isaka sevan kiya jata hai. charanamrit ka sevan amrit ke saman mana gaya hai.[2] gosvami tulasidas ne shri ramacharitamanas mean likha hai -

pad pakhari jalupan kari apu sahit parivar. pitar paru prabhuhi puni mudit gayu lei par..[2]

arthath bhagavan shriram ke charan dhokar use charanamrit ke roop mean svikar kar kevat n keval svayan bhav-badha se par ho gaya balki usane apane poorvajoan ko bhi tar diya.

charanamrit ka mahattv sirf dharmik hi nahian chikitsakiy bhi hai. charanamrit ka jal hamesha taanbe ke patr mean rakha jata hai. ayurvedik matanusar taanbe ke patr mean anek rogoan ko nasht karane ki shakti hoti hai jo usamean rakhe jal mean a jati hai. us jal ka sevan karane se sharir mean rogoan se ladऩe ki kshamata paida ho jati hai tatha rog nahian hote. isamean tulasi ke patte dalane ki paranpara bhi hai jisase is jal ki roganashak kshamata aur bhi badh jati hai. aisa mana jata hai ki charanamrit medha, buddhi, smaran shakti ko badhata hai. ranavir bhaktiratnakar mean charanamrit ki mahatta pratipadit ki gee hai -

papavyadhivinasharthan vishnupadodakaushadhamh. tulasidalasammishran jalan sarshapamatrakamh..[2]

arthath pap aur rog door karane ke lie bhagavan ka charanamrit aushadhi ke saman hai. yadi usamean tulasipatr bhi mila diya jae to usake aushadhiy gunoan mean aur bhi vriddhi ho jati hai.

charanamrit sevan karate samay nimn shlok padhऩe ka vidhan hai -

akalamrityuharanan sarvavyadhivinashanamh. vishnupadodakan pitva punarjanm n vidyate..[2]

arthath charanamrit akal mrityu ko door rakhata hai. sabhi prakar ki bimariyoan ka nash karata hai. isake sevan se punarjanm nahian hota.

sankshipt vidhi

arati ko ‘aratrik’ athava ‘arartik’ aur ‘nirajan’ bhi kahate haian. pooja ke aant mean arati ki jati hai. poojan mean jo truti rah jati hai, arati se usaki poorti hoti hai.’poojan mantrahin aur kriyahin hone par bhi nirajan (arati) kar lene se usamean poornata a jati hai.‘ arati karane ka hi nahian, arati dekhane ka bhi b da puny likha hai.

‘jo dhoop aur arati ko dekhata hai aur donoan hathoan se arati leta hai, vah karo d pidhiyoan ka uddhar karata hai aur bhagavan vishnu ke param pad ko prapt hota hai.‘
