  • dahi ek dugdh-utpad hai. audyogik kshetr mean jivanuoan ke kinvan kriya dvara dahi ka nirman hota hai. laiktoj ka kinvan dugdhamal (laiktik aml) banata hai, jo doodh protin se pratikriya kar ise dahi me badal deta hai sath hi ise isaki khas banavat aur vishesh khatta svad bhi pradan karata hai.
  • doodh mean laiktobesils bulagariks baiktiriya ko dala jata hai, isase shugar laiktik aml mean badal jata hai. isase doodh jam jata hai aur is jame hue doodh ko dahi kahate haian.[1]
  • dahi mean protin, kailshiyam, raibophlevin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 adi poshak tattv hote hai.
