vidhi
- hari mirch, adarak, lahasun, pyaj aur hara dhaniya barik pis lean.
- ek kadhahi mean tel dalakar garam karean, jira dalakar chatakane dean.
- jo pyaj, lahasun, adarak vala pest banavaya hai use is tel mean dalakar bhoon lean.
- tamatar ka pest dalakar achchhi tarah bhoon lean.
- isamean dhaniya paudar, haldi paudar, pani aur namak dal dean.
