kuchh pal lakshmichnd jain hataprabh khade rahe aur phir unaka nirnay badal gaya. vah vahin bane rahe aur imporiyam chalata raha.

lakshmichnd jain ka kahana tha ki- "bahut-se vikasashil deshon ki sarakaren apane deshon men vividh jan samudayon ki bahusnkhyak bhasha aur snskriti ke bich se unnati ki rah banane men lagi huee hain. aise men adhikatar aisa hota dekha ja raha hai ki arthik vikas ka labh garib, zarooratamnd logon tak n pahunch kar unhin logon tak pahunch raha hai, jo naukarashah hain tatha pahale se hi samriddh sthiti men hain. is sachchaee ko samajhakar lakshmichand jain ne yah vichar samane rakha ki garib, zarooratamnd logon ke hit men samuchit prabndh mashin adharit arthavyavastha ke bajay shram adharit arth vyavastha se hi a sakata hai." is siddhant ke adhar par nisvarth pratibaddhata ke sath ekadam garib sarvahara ke lie kam men lagaya. lakshmichnd jain ke is soojhaboojh bhare kam ke lie unhen 1989 ka maigsese puraskar pradan kiya gaya.
