yah sunakar rani ko krodh a gaya aur turnt achary ko gurukul se bulavaya gaya. raja aur rani ek sath baith kar achary se poochhatachh karane lage-
"kya yah sahi bat hai achary ki ap rajakumar ko doosare chhatron ki apeksha adhik dnd dete hain ?" rani ne achary se poochha.
"ji han! yah sach hai."
"lekin aisa kyon ?"
"isaka karan yah hai ki rajakumar ke alava jo doosare chhatr hain, vah sabhi padh likh kar jin zimmedariyon ko nibhayegen ve samany zimmedariyan hongin aur unake dvara huee bhoolon ka asar samaj ke bahut chhote hisse par hoga. is tarah ki bhoolon ko sudharane ke lie rajy men kee adhikari niyukt hain. rajakumar yashakirti bade hokar maharaj ki jagah lenge aur hamare rajy ke maharaja banenge. hamare rajy men sabase bada pad maharaja ka hi hai.
yadi koee bhool ya laparavahi maharaja se hoti hai to usaka asar poore rajy par padega. is tarah ki bhool ko sudharane ke lie maharaj se adhik shaktishali hamare rajy men to koee nahin hai. phir us bhool ko kaun sudharega? yahi sochakar main rajakumar ki bhoolon aur laparavahiyon par rajakumar ko auron ki apeksha adhik dnd deta hoon, jisase hamare rajy ko ek yogy aur nyayapriy raja mil sake."
"ap sahi kahate hain achary, ap svatntr roop se ichchhanusar rajakumar ko shiksha dijie, sath hi main apako apane rajy ka mntri bhi niyukt karata hoon." raja ne kaha
        achary vidyadhar ko rajy ka mntri niyukt kar diya gaya. ek bar darabar men tin vyakti aparadhi ke roop men laye gaye. snyog ki bat yah thi ki tinon ne bilkul ek jaisa hi aparadh kiya tha. achary ne is muqadame ko bahut dhyan se suna aur tinon aparadhiyon ko tin tarah ki saza sunayi. achary vidyadhar ne ek ke lie saza sunate hue kaha-
"isako le jao aur chaurahe par le jakar khambe se bandh do. isaka munh kala karake ise pachchis kode marakar chhod do."
doosare ke lie kaha-
"isako rat bhar jel men bnd rakho aur subah chhod do."
aur tisare se achary ne svayn kaha-
"mahashay, mujhe ap jaise vyakti se is tarah ka aparadh karane ki ummid nahin thi. ab ap ja sakate hain."
raja ko bada ashchary hua. usane achary se poochha-
"achary, apane ek hi aparadh ki tin sazaen sunaee, isake pichhe kya karan hai ?"
vidyadhar ne kaha-
        "maharaj! isaka uttar apako kal mil jaega. in tinon aparadhiyon ke sambndh men poora byaura pata karake main apako kal de doonga. isase apako apane prashn ka uttar bhi mil jaega. agale din achary vidyadhar ne raja ko prashn ka uttar diya-
"maharaj, mainne un tinon aparadhiyon ke sambndh men pata kiya hai. jis aparadhi ko munh kala karake chaurahe par kode lagavaye gaye the, vah ab bhi sharab pikar jua khel raha hai, us ko apane aparadh aur dnd se kisi prakar ki koee sharmindagi nahin hai. doosara aparadhi, jise ek rat jel men rakha gaya tha, use saza se itani sharmindagi huee ki vah sadaiv ke lie rajy chhodakar chala gaya. tisara aparadhi jisase mainne sirph itana kaha tha ki ap jaise vyakti se mujhe aise aparadh ki ummid nahin thi, use itani sharmindagi huee ki usane zahar khakar atmahatya kar li."
raja ne poochha- "lekin apako yah kaise pata chala achary ki tinon ko alag alag saza di jani chahie."
        "maharaj! hamara uddeshy aparadh ko samapt karana hai n ki aparadhi ko dndit karana. pratyek manushy ki prakriti, acharan, nishtha adi aise gun hain jinase vah pahachana jata hai. jab mainne in tinon aparadhiyon ki dinacharya, acharan, shiksha, prishthabhoomi adi ko lekar kuchh prashn kiye to mujhe maloom ho gaya tha ki kis vyakti ki kya prakriti hai aur mainne yahi samajh kar unhen bhinn-bhinn dnd diye aur un dndon ka asar bhi bhinn-bhinn hi hua."

manushy aur janavar men samany roop se kuchh antar mane jate hain. ve hain-
