krishn yajurved shakha ke is upanishad men chhah adhyay hain. inamen jagat ka mool karan, Omkar-sadhana, paramatmatattv se sakshatkar, dhyanayog, yog-sadhana, jagat ki utpatti, snchalan aur vilay ka karan, vidya-avidya, jiv ki nana yoniyon se mukti ke upay, gyanayog aur paramatma ki sarvavyapakata ka varnan kiya gaya hai.

pratham adhyay

  • is adhyay men jagat ke mool karan ko janane ke prati jigyasa abhivyakt ki gayi hai. sath hi 'Omkar' ki sadhana dvara 'paramatmatattv' se sakshatkar kiya gaya hai. kal, svabhav, sunishchit karmaphal, akasmik ghatana, pnchamahabhoot aur jivatma, ye is jagat ke karanabhoot tattv hain ya nahin, in par vichar kiya gaya hai. ye sabhi is jagat ke karan isalie nahin ho sakate; kyonki ye sabhi atma ke adhin hain. atma ko bhi karan nahin kaha ja sakata; kyonki vah sabhi sukh-du:kh ke karanabhoot karmaphal-vyavastha ke adhin hai.
  • keval bauddhik vivechan se 'brahm' ko bodh sambhav nahin hai. dhyan ke antargat atmachetan dvara hi gunon ke avaran ko bhedakar us paramatattv ka anubhav kiya ja sakata hai.
  • sampoorn vishv-vyavastha ek prakriti-chakr ke madhy ghoomati dikhaee deti hai, jisamen satv, raj, tam gunon ke tin vritt hain, pap-puny do karm hain, jo moh-roopi nabhi ko kendr manakar ghoomate rahate hain. is brahmachandr' men jiv bhraman karata rahata hai. is chakr se chhootane par hi vah 'moksh' ko prapt kar pata hai. us paramatma ko jan lene par hi is chakr se mukti mil jati hai.
  • vah 'paramatattv' pratyek jiv men sthit hai. manushy apane vivek se hi use jan pata hai. vah jiv aur jad prakriti ke pare paramatma hai, brahm hai.'onkar' ki sadhana se jivatma, paramatma se snyog kar pata hai. jis prakar tilon men tel, dahi men ghi, kashth men agni, srot men jal chhipa rahata hai, usi prakar paramatma ant:karan men chhipa rahata hai. 'atma' men hi 'paramatattv' vidyaman rahata hai.

doosara adhyay

  • is adhyay men 'dhyanayog' dvara sadhana par bal diya gaya hai. yog-sadhana aur 'pranayam' vidhi dvara 'jivatma' aur 'paramatma' ko snyog hota hai. is snyogavastha ko prapt karane ke lie sadhak soory ki upasana karate hue 'dhyanayog' ka sahara leta hai. vah svachchh sthan par baithakar pranayam vidhi se apani atma ko jagrat karata hai aur use 'brahmarandhr' men sthit brahm-shakti tak uthata hai.
  • indriyon ki samast sukhakankshaen ant:karan men hi janm leti hain. unhen niyantrit karake hi 'onkar' ki sadhana karani chahie. jis prakar sarathi chapal ashvon ko achchhi prakar sadhakar unhen lakshy ki or le jata hai, usi prakar vidvan purush is 'man' ko vash men karake 'atmatattv' ka sandhan kare.
  • jo sadhak, pnchamahabhooton se yukt gunon ka vikas karake 'yogagnimay' sharir ko dharan kar leta hai, use n to rog satata hai, n use vriddhavastha prapt hoti hai. use akalamrityu bhi prapt nahin hoti. yog-sadhana se yukt sadhak atmatattv ke dvara brahmatattv ka sakshatkar karata hai. tab vah sampoorn tattvon men pavitr us paramatma ko janakar sabhi prakar ke vikaron se mukti prapt kar leta hai.

tisara v chautha adhyay

  • tisare aur chauthe adhyay men jagat ki utpatti, sthiti, snchalan aur vilay men samarth paramatma ki shakti ki sarvavyapakata ko varnit kiya gaya hai. use nau dvar vali puri men, indriyavihin hote hue bhi sab prakar se samarth, laghu se laghu aur mahanh se bhi mahanh kaha gaya hai. 'jivatma' aur 'paramatma' ki sthiti ko ek hi dal par baithe do pakshiyon ke saman bataya gaya hai, jo mayavi brahm ke mukti-phal ko apane-apane dhng se khate hain.
  • sampoorn shaktiyon aur lokon par shasan karane vale us mayavi brahm ko, jo jan leta hai aur use srishti ka niyamak samajhata hai, vah amar ho jata hai.
  • vah ek paramatma hi 'rudr' hai, 'shiv' hai. vah apani shaktiyon dvara sampoorn brahmand par shasan karata hai. sabhi prani usi ka ashray lete hain. aur vah sabhi praniyon men pran-satta ke roop men vidyaman hai. vah pnchamahabhooton dvara is srishti ka nirmanakarta hai. usase shreshth doosara koee nahin hai. sampoorn vishv usi paramapurush men sthit hai aur vah svayn samast praniyon men sthit hai. vah paramapurush samast indriyon se rahit hone par bhi, unake vishesh gunon se parichit hai. vah prakash-roop men navadvar vale deh-roopi nagar men antaryami hokar sthit hai. vahi bahy jagat ki sthool lilaen kar raha hai. vah atm-roop jiv, deh ke hridayasthal par virajaman hai.
  • rishi us paramapita ko agni, soory, vayu, chandrama aur shukr nakshatr ke roop men janata hai. srishti ke prarambh men vah akela hi tha, rng-roop se hin tha. vah akaran hi apani shaktiyon dvara anek roop dharan kar sakata hai. sampoorn vishv ka janak bhi vahi hai aur usaka vilay bhi vah apani ichchha se kar leta hai. vah svayn 'drishy' hokar bhi 'drishta' hai. vah 'atma' hai aur paramatma bhi hai. donon ka paraspar ghanisht sambandh hai. use is udaharan dvara samajhiye-

dva suparna sayuja sakhaya samann vrikshn parishasvajate.

  • arthat snyukt roop aur maitri-bhav se rahane vale do pakshi-'jivatma' aur 'paramatma'- ek hi vriksh ka ashray liye hue hain. unamen se ek jivatma to us vriksh ke phalon, arthat karmaphalon ko svad le lekar khata hai, kintu doosara unaka upabhog n karata hua keval dekhata rahata hai.
  • rag-dvesh, moh-maya se yukt hokar jivatma sadaiv shokagrast rahata hai, kintu doosara sabhi santapon se mukt rahata hai. yah prakriti us mayapati paramatma ki hi 'maya' hai. vah akela hi samast shariron ka svami hai tatha jiv ko unake karmon ke anusar chaurasi lakh yoniyon men bhatakata rahata hai.
  • pratyek kal men vahi samast lokon ka rakshak hai, sampoorn jagat ka svami hai aur sabhi praniyon men sthit hai. us param purush ko janakar sadhak apane karm-bandhanon se chhoot jata hai.

panchavan v chhatha adhyay

  • in donon adhyayon men vidya-avidya, paramatma ki vilakshanata, jiv ki karmanusar vividh gatiyon au unaki mukti ke upay bataye gaye hain. yahan jad prakriti ke sthan par paramatmatattv ki sthapana ki gayi hai tatha dhyan, upasana aur gyanayog dvara paramatma ki sarvavyapakata aur samarthy ko janane par bal diya gaya hai. ant men kaha gaya hai ki brahm gyan ki shiksha supatr aur yogy vyakti ko hi deni chahie.

vidya-avidya

nashvar jagat ka gyan 'avidya' hai aur avinashi jivatma ka gyan 'vidya' hai. jo vidya aur avidya par shasan karata hai, vahi paramasatta hai. vah samast yoniyon ka adhishthata hai. vidya-avidya se pare vah paramatattv hai. vah sampoorn jagat ka karan hai. vah 'parabrahm' hai. vah jis sharir ko bhi grahan karata hai, usi ke anuroop ho jata hai.

vah sarvgy hai.

  • jisake dvara yah samast jagat sadaiv vyapt rahata hai, jo gyan-svaroop, sarvgy, sarvavyapak, kal ka bhi kal aur sarvagunasampann avinashi hai, jisake anushasan men yah sampoorn karmachakr satat ghoomata rahata hai, sabhi pnchatattv jisake snket par kriyashil rahate hain, usi parabrahm paramatma ka sadaiv dhyan karana chahie.
  • jo sadhak tinon gunon se vyapt karmon ko prarambh karake unhen paramatma ko arpit kar deta hai, usake poorvakarmon ka nash ho jata hai aur vah jivatma jad jagat se bhinn, us paramasatta ko prapt ho jata hai. us nirakar parameshvar ke koee sharir aur indriyan nahin hain. vah sookshm se sookshmatar aur vishal se bhi vishal hai. vah sab praniyon men akela hai-
eko dev: sarvabhooteshu goodh: sarvavyapi sarvabhootantaratma.
karmadhyaksh sarvabhootadhivas: sakshi cheta kevali nirgunashch॥ -(chhatha adhyay-11)
  • arthat sampoorn praniyon men vah ek dev (paramatma) sthit hai. vah sarvavyapak, sampoorn praniyon ki antaratma, sabake karmon ka adhishvar, sab praniyon men basa hua (ant:karan men vidyaman), sabaka sakshi, poorn chaitany, vishuddh roop aur nirgun roop hai.
  • vastut: is lok men ek hi hns hai, jo jal men agni ke saman agochar hai. use janakar sadhak mrityu ke bandhan se chhoot jata hai. aise paramatma ka gyan keval yogy sadhak ko hi dena chahie.
