  • gobhi, aloo, bins adi sharir ke vividh bhagon, tatvon, matraon ko prabhavit karate hain.
  • tamatar sharir men rakt ki matra badhata hai aur tvacha nikharata hai.
  • niboo sharir ke pachak rason ko badhata hai.
  • bhindi viry men gadhapan lati hai aur shukranu badhati hai.
  • lauki shighr pachak, raktavarddhak hai. yah shitalata pradan karati hai.
  • palak haddiyon ko kailshiyam se sudridh karata hai.
  • khira rakt kanon ka shodhan kar sharir men rakt ka pravah badhati hai.
  • paraval sharir ko oorja deta hai.

hamen apane ahar men taja sabziyon ka istemal karana chahie aur aisi sabziyon ke sevan se bachana chahie jo bahut dinon se snrakshit kar rakhi gee hon. jahan khane men taja sabziyan svadisht aur paushtik hoti hain vahin unamen vitamin, karbohaidret aur protin jaise poshak tattv bhi prachur matra men hote hain.[1]
