guanjan kavi sumitranandan pant ka kavy-sangrah hai. isaka prakashan sanh 1932 mean hua tha. ise kavi pant ne apane pranoan ka 'unman-guanjan' kaha hai. yah sankalan 'vina' 'pallav' kal ke bad kavi ke naye bhavoday ki soochana deti hai. isamean ham use manav ke kalyan aur mangalasha ke naye sootr kavyabaddh karate pate haian. kalpana aur bhavana ka vah uddabh pravah jo 'pallav' ki rachanaoan ke unmadak banata hai, 'guanjan' mean nahian hai. ek akarshak komal abhijaty se sankalan ki rachanaean otaprot haian.

1922 aur 1927 ki rachanaean

do-char rachanaoan ko chho dakar jo 1922 aur 1927 ki rachanaean haian ya jinaka rachanakal kuchh pahale 1918 tak jata hai, shesh rachanaean 1932 ki hi srishti haian. yah varsh pant ke kavi-jivan ka mo d kaha ja sakata hai kyoanki isase unaki sanvedana, abhivyanjana tatha chiantan ko nayi disha milati hai. 'madan-dahan'[1] ke bad nootan anang ka yah janm svayan kavi ke svastivachan ka vishay bana hai.

pragitatmakata

"jag ke sukh-dukh, pap-tap, trishna-jvala se hin.
jara-janm-bhay-maran-shuny, yauvanamiy, nityanavin.
atal vishv-shobha-varidhi mean, majjit jivan-min.
tum adrishy apsari, nij sukh mean tallin".

parantu yahaan kavi iandrajali kalpana se niche utar kar aise sanyat bhav-chitroan ko hi chunata hai, jo hamare chir parichit ayamoan se bhinn nahian haian.

shreshthatam rachanaean

'guanjan' ki shreshthatam rachanaean haian- 'naukavihar', 'ek tara', 'adhuban', 'bhavi patni ke prati' aur 'chaandani'. in rachanaoan mean kavi ki atmik tallinata prakritik saundary tatha roopatmak sanketoan ke bhitar se naya rasabodh jagrat karane mean saphal huee hai. virat, vishrrikhalit aur kshipragati se badalate hue upamanoan ke sthan par sanyat kalpana chitr aur amoorttavidhan hamean barabar ashvast rakhate haian, kianchinmatr bhi jhakajhorate nahian. is rachana mean pant ka kavy abhijaty ki ek sidhi aur chadh gaya hai. usaka atmaniyantran ashchary janak haian. bhavanaoan ki badh jaise utar gayi ho aur tarun kavi naye sharadakash ke ujjval vaibhav ko ardhy-dan de raha ho. pant ka prakriti-kavy

'guanjan' mean kavi ka prakriti-kavy adhik prakritik ho gaya hai. usamean varny vishay khulata hai, upamaoan ki jh di mean muand nahian jata. prakriti ki sahaj, prasann, shaant chitrapati 'guanjan' mean milegi kyoanki vahi kavi ke naye bhavaparivarttan ke anukool hai. madhumas par likhi huee kuchh rachanaoan mean varn ki chatulata bhi hai. parantu vah kri damatr n hokar yauvan ki aantarik sampannata ki hi dyotak hai. is sankalan ki doosari visheshata milan-sukh aur premollas sambandhi kuchh gitiyaan hai, jo sambhog-shrriangar ke ritikalin svaroop se bhinn nayi bhavamadhuri se otaprot haian. ye rachanaean kavi ka man:kalp hi kahi ja sakati haian. in akaankshamadhur rachanaoan mean jis nari-moorti ka ahvan hai, vah 'bhavi patni ke prati' aur 'roopatara, tum poorn prakam' rachanaoan mean pushpit hua hai. 'guanjan' ki ye kavitaean kavi ke 'uchchhvas', 'aansoo' prabhooti vipralambh kavy ki poorak haian. sambhavat: pichhali rachanaoan se adhik sahaj hone ke karan ye lokapriy bhi adhik haian. 'guanjan' ki tisari disha kavi ka darshanik chiantan hai jo vedaanti hokar bhi svanubhoot saty ke prakash se jyotirman hai.

sanskriti ke svargik sparshoan ka.

prakriti-saundary se manav-saundary tak

atmasadhana sadhana prakriti-saundary se age badhakar manav-saundary tak pahuanchati hai. isamean jivan ke anand, ullas, sahaj sanvedan tatha madhury ka prakash bhara gaya hai. sab kuchh jaise jadoo ki chh di se sundar aur sarthak ban gaya hai. is sundarata ka kendr manav hai, jo prakriti ke anand, ullas aur saundary ka mool uts hai. isi manav ko pant ne apani mangal-kamana samarpit ki hai. yah thik hai ki 'guanjan' ki mangal-kamana arnirdisht hai, usamean kisi prakar ka tantr ya 'vad' darshit nahian hota, parantu kavi ke sahaj, saumy, prasannacheta vyaktitav ke madhyam se prakriti aur manav ke samast sundar aur shobhan ayamoan ka sankalan svat: ho jata hai.
