'rrigved' se sambandhit is upanishad mean do adhyay haian.

  1. pratham adhyay mean 'Omkar'-roopi narayan ki upasana ki gayi hai.
  2. doosare adhyay mean atm sakshatkar prapt sadhakoan ki adhyatm sambandhi anubhootiyoan ka ullekh hai. atmanubhooti ki is avastha mean samast laukik bandhanoan aur bhed-bhavoan ka astitv samapt ho jata hai tatha aham ka nash hote hi sadhak moksh prapt kar leta hai.

pratham adhyay

isamean sadhak prarthana karata hai-shankh, chakr evan gada ko dharan karane vale prabhu! ap narayan svaroop haian. apako namaskar. 'Om namo narayanay' namak mantr ka jap karane vala vyakti prabhu ke vaikunthadham ko prapt karata hai. hamara hriday-roopi kamal hi 'brahmapur' hai. yah sadaiv dipak ki bhaanti prakashaman rahata hai. kamal netr bhagavan vishnu brahmanoan ke shubhachintak haian. samast jivoan mean sthit rahane vale bhagavan narayan hi karan-rahit parabrahm virat-roop purush haian. ve pranav-roop 'Omkar' haian. doosara adhyay

is adhyay mean atm sakshatkar karane vala sadhak ahankar se mukt ho jata hai. usake sammukh jagath aur eeshvar ka bhed mit jata hai. vah paratpar brahm ke jnan-svaroop ko prapt kar leta hai. vah ajar-amar ho jata hai. vah shuddh, advait aur atmatattv ho jata hai. anand ka sakshat pratiroop ban jata hai-maian pavitr, antaratma hooan tatha maian hi sanatan vijnan ka poorn ras 'atmatattv' hooan. shodh kiya jane vala paratpar atmatattv hooan aur maian hi jnan evan anand ki ekamatr moorti hooan.[2] vastav mean atm sakshatkar kar lene vala prani sansar ke samast prapanchoan se mukt ho jata hai. vishay-vasanaoan ki use ichchha nahian rahati. vish aur amrit ko dekhakar vah vish ka parityag kar deta hai. paramatma ka sakshi ho jane ke uparant, sharir ke nasht hone par bhi vah nasht nahian hota. vah nity, nirvikar aur svayan prakash ho jata hai. jaise dipak ki chhoti-si jyoti bhi andhakar ko nasht kar deti hai. vah saty-svaroop anandaghan ban jata hai.

  • rrishi ka kahana hai ki is atmabodh upanishad ka jo vyakti kuchh kshan ke lie bhi smaran karata hai, vah jivanamukt hokar avagaman ke chakr se sadaiv ke lie chhoot jata hai.
