ham, manav jati ke sadasy, vigyan ko ek (khojapoorn, gyanavardhak, nirnayak aur bhavishy nirmanak) vishay ke roop men vikasit karane ke lie, vigyan ka paddhati tatha takaniki gyan ke roop men upayog karate hain. vigyan ka upayog : samast manav jati ke hit men ho yah sunishchit karane, vaikalpik yuktiyon aur sadhanon ki khoj aur unake ni:snkoch upayog ke lie vaigyanik drishtikon se utprerit shiksha ki vyavastha tatha apasi samajh vikasit karane aur samasyaon ke samadhan ke lie tulanatmak mapadndon samanata-asamanata aur samany-asamany (paristhiti vale karanon, ghatanaon aur unake prabhavon) ko paribhashit karane, vaigyanik paddhatiyon aur mapan ki prakriyaon se prapt hone vale gyan ko tab svikar karate hain, jab vah gyan svatntr roop se ek se adhik vidhiyon men nihit aur prayogatmak karyon dvara pramanit hota hai. ham samast manav jati ke vikas ke lie gyan ke yatharth ko janane aur pratikool prabhav rahit prayogik karyon dvara, vishvastariy vaigyanik samaj banane ka dridh snkalp karate hain.

vigyan uddeshika ka vistar

"ham, manav jati ke sadasy" arthat vigyan ham manushyon ke lie hai. n hi vanaspati jagat aur n hi shesh jntu jagat vigyan ka upayog karata hai.

"vigyan ko ek vishay ke roop men" arthat vigyan ke bare men charcha ki jati hai. asamnjas ki sthiti men usaki vidhiyon aur khojon ke vishay men prashn uthae ja sakate hain. vigyan men prashn uthane ko lekar samay aur umr ki koee sima nahin hoti hai.

"vigyan ka paddhati tatha takaniki gyan ke roop men upayog" arthat vigyan ek (khoj) paddhati hai. bhautikata ke roopon (rasayanik tatvon, avayavi kanon, pindon adi) ki khoj, samasyaon ke samadhan ki khoj, vaikalpik sadhanon aur yuktiyon ki khoj, siddhanton, niyamon aur tathyon ki khoj, karan, ghatana aur unake prabhavon ke antarsnbndhon ki khoj tatha in khojon ke vyavaharik upayog ki prakriya vigyan ke antargat ati hai.

"vigyan ek khojapoorn, gyanavardhak, nirnayak aur bhavishy nirmanak vishay ke roop men vikasit" arthat vigyan khojane, gyan men vriddhi karane, nirnay lene tatha bhavishy ko prabhavit aur nirmit karane men manav jati ke lie upayogi aur sahayogi siddh hota hai. isilie vigyan ki prakriti gyan ko satat hasil karane tatha usamen avashyakatanusar snshodhan karane ke bad use snchit karane ki hoti hai.

"vigyan ka upayog manav jati ke hit men" arthat vigyan ka upayog vyapak drishti men manav jati ke hit ke lie ho, isake lie vaigyanik drishtikon se utprerit shiksha di jani chahie.

"vaikalpik yuktiyon aur sadhanon ki khoj aur unaka ni:snkoch upayog" arthat bhinn-bhinn paristhitiyon (desh-kal) ke rahate, ek hi vidhi ya prakriya ke upayog se ek saman parinam prapt karana mushkil hota hai. isake alava nishkarsh ko lekar ek mat hona bhi mushkil hota hai. isalie vaigyanik drishtikon se utprerit shiksha vaikalpik yuktiyon aur sadhanon ki khoj ki vakalat karati hai. unake ni:snkoch upayog ko badhava dene ki bat kahati hai. taki parikshan vidhi dvara vyakti apane-apane maton (nishkarsh) ko pramanit kar sake.

"vaigyanik drishtikon se utprerit shiksha" arthat aisi shiksha jo manav jati ke hit ko dhyan men rakhakar ke samadhan ko pahachanane aur unako parakhane vale mapadndon ka upayog karana sikhati hai. un mapadndon ki rachana karana sikhati hai. praman prastut karane ke tarikon se hamara parichay karati hai. aisi shiksha n keval ham manushyon ke lie kya achchha-bura aur sahi-galat hai, ka gyan karati hai. balki ham manushyon men apasi samajh vikasit karati hai aur samaj men samnjasy sthapit karati hai.

"samasyaon ke samadhan ke lie tulanatmak mapadndon ko paribhashit karane" arthat "ek saman paristhitiyon men ek saman karan ke prabhav sadaiv ek saman hote hain." vigyan ki is abhidharana ko dhyan men rakhakar ke samanata-asamanata ke adhar par pratiroop aur pratimanon ki tatha samany-asamany ke adhar par karan, ghatana aur unake prabhavon ki apasi tulana ki jati hai. taki samasyaon ka samadhan samasya ko paribhashit karake, mapadndon ki pahachan dvara saralata se dhoondha jata hai.

"karan, ghatana aur unake prabhav" arthat vaigyanik drishtikon se utprerit shiksha samasyaon ke samadhan ke bare men yah sikh deti hai ki "dekhakar sikhen, n ki dekha-sikhi karen." kyonki bhinn-bhinn paristhitiyon (desh-kal) ke rahate, ek saman prabhav ke pichhe ek hi karan ho yah zaroori nahin hai. isalie karan, ghatana aur unake prabhavon ke bich antarsnbndh sthapit karana, vigyan ki pramukh upalabdhi hoti hai.

"vaigyanik paddhatiyon aur mapan ki prakriyaon se" arthat vigyan men aspasht aur aparibhashit gyan ka koee sthan nahin hota hai. jis gyan ko ham bhautik rashiyon ke roop men vyakt kar sakate hain, jise mapa ja sakata ho, jisako pramanit karane ke lie us gyan ke adhar par bhavishyavaniyan ki ja sakati hain aur jisaki janch-padatal karana snbhav ho, aisa gyan hi vigyan men svikarane yogy hota hai.

"ek se adhik vidhiyon men nihit aur prayogatmak karyon dvara" arthat jis gyan ko ek se adhik vidhiyon ya svatntr roop se kary karate hue, snbndhit prayogon dvara pramanit kiya jata hai. aisa gyan vigyan men adhik vishvasaniy mana jata hai. isalie samay ke sath is gyan men sirph snshodhan aur vistar ki avashyakata hoti hai.

"manav jati ke vikas ke lie" arthat n sirph gyan men vriddhi ke lie apitu us gyan ke upayog aur gunavatta men vriddhi ke lie gyan ke yatharth ko janane ka prayas kiya jana chahie.

"pratikool prabhav rahit prayogik karyon dvara" arthat prayog ke dauran aisa koee bhi kary nahin karana chahie, jo prayogon ko prabhavit kar sakata hai tatha prayogon ke nishkarsh nikalate samay "poorvadharanaon aur vyaktigat bhavanaon" ko jabaran nishkarsh men shamil nahin karana chahie.

"vishvastariy vaigyanik samaj banane" arthat svayn apane dainik jivan men vaigyanik drishtikon apanakar, vigyan aur takanik ke sahayog se aise samaj ka udaharan prastut karana hai. jise adarsh samaj ke roop men vyavhar men hasil kiya ja sakata hai.

uddeshika men sammilit paribhashik shabdavali
  1. vigyan : khoj karane ki paddhati ko vigyan kahate hain.
  2. takanik : vigyan ko upayog men lane ki prakriya ko takanik kahate hain.


uddeshika dvara adarsh samaj ka chitran
  1. samast manav jati ke hit ko dhyan men rakhakar kary karana chahie.
  2. vaikalpik sadhanon aur yuktiyon ki khoj sadaiv karate rahana chahie.
  3. ne aur vaikalpik sadhanon ka upayog karane men snkoch nahin karana chahie.
  4. shiksha aur dainik jivan men vaigyanik drishtikon ko badhava dena chahie.
  5. ham manushyon ko apasi samajh vikasit karane ke lie haradam prayas karate rahana chahie.


vaigyanik karyashaili
  1. samasya ka samadhan dhoondhana samasya ko paribhashit karate hi saral ho jata hai.
  2. samanata-asamanata ke adhar par pratiroop aur pratimanon ki tatha samany-asamany ke adhar par karan, ghatana aur unake prabhavon ki apasi tulana ki jati hai.
  3. vaigyanik drishtikon pramanit gyan ko hi svikar karane ki bat kahata hai.
  4. pramanit gyan, jab ek se adhik vidhiyon ya ek se adhik bar ke prayogon (ankadon) par adharit hota hai, tab vah gyan samaj men svikarane yogy hota hai.
  5. jab sabhi prayog aur praman ke lie upayog men laee geen sabhi vidhiyan ek doosare se svatntr hoti hain, tab us pramanit gyan ki vishvasaniyata samaj men aur adhik badh jati hai.

  1. gyan ke yatharth ko janane ka prayas hona chahie.
  2. prayogik nishkarsh men poorvagrah ko shamil nahin karana chahie.

vigyan uddeshika, bharatiy snvidhan ki uddeshika se prabhavit hokar likhi gee uddeshika hai. yah n keval hamen vigyan aur takanik ke sahayog se prapt hone vale samajik star ke bare men janakari deti hai. balki vah hamare lie us samajik star ko prapt karane ke lie marg prashast bhi karati hai. sadharan shabdon men vigyan uddeshika vaigyanikon ke kary karane ke tarike se lekar vaigyanik drishtikon, vaigyanik vidhiyon tatha vigyan aur takanik ko paribhashit karane ke bare men janakari deti hai.

vigyan uddeshika aur snvidhan ki uddeshika men mukhy roop se yah antar hai ki vigyan uddeshika hamen un antarnihit uddeshyon ke bare men janakari deti hai, jinhen ek vaigyanik drishtikon rakhane vala vyakti, vaigyanik aur avishkarak apane karyon dvara samajik utthan ke lie hasil karana chahata hai. isalie vigyan uddeshika ko atmasat karane valon ki n hi koee spasht sima hai aur n hi atmasat karane ki ek dinank hai. jabaki snvidhan aur usaki uddeshika ham bharatiyon ke lie ham bharatiyon dvara 26 navambar 1949 ee. ko angikrit, adhiniyamit aur atmarpit ki gee thi.
