| अन्य विवरण | गंगा भारत की सबसे महत्त्वपूर्ण नदियों में से एक है। यह उत्तर भारत के मैदानों की विशाल नदी है। गंगा भारत और बांग्लादेश में मिलकर 2,510 किलोमीटर की दूरी तय करती है। उत्तरांचल में हिमालय से निकलकर यह भारत के लगभग एक-चौथाई भू-क्षेत्र से प्रवाहित होती हुई बंगाल की खाड़ी में मिलती है। |
