divan, yah mugal prashasan mean sabase b da adhikari hota tha. vah rajasv evan vitt ka ekamatr prabhari hota tha. usaki niyukti n keval kendriy sarakar mean varanh prantiy sarakaroan mean bhi hoti thi. aj bharat mean divan ka pad kee vibhagoan mean mahatvapoorn mana jata hai.

prantoan mean divan ka pad soobedar ke bad mana jata tha. prantoan mean divan bhi samrat ke dvara niyukt kiya jata tha, jo keval samrat ke prati hi uttaradayi hota tha. is prakar vah soobedar ko manamani karane se rokata tha.

is shabd ka prayog samanyat: ek vibhag ke lie hota tha, yatha-

  • divan-e-am, athava samrat ka karyalay.
  • divan-e-amir kohi-athava krishi vibhag.
  • divan-e-arj-athava sena ka vibhag.
  • divan-e-bandagan-athava das vibhag.
  • divan-e-iansha-athava patrachar vibhag.
  • divan-e-ishtihaqaq-athava peanshan vibhag.
  • divan-e-khairat-athava dan vibhag.
  • divan-e-khas-athava samrat ka aantarang sabhakaksh.
  • divan-e-mushtakharaj-athava kar vasool karane valoan se baqaya vasool karane vala vibhag.
  • divan-e-qajie-mamalak-athava nya, guptachari aur dak vibhag.
  • divan-e-risalat-athava apil vibhag.
  • divan-e-riyasat-athava hat adhikshakoan ka vibhag.
