- saanbar vada banane ke lie urad aur mooang ya chane ki dal ko dhoiye aur 4-5 ghante ya poori rat ke liye pani mean bhigo dijiye.
- dal ko pani se nikaliye, ek bar phir se dho lijiye, bhigi huee daloan ko bina pani dale ya bahut hi kam pani dal kar pis lijiye.
- pisi huee dal mean namak, adarak, hari mirch aur hara dhaniya mila kar achchhi tarah mila lijiye.
- saanbar vada banane ke liye mishran taiyar hai.
- is mishran se vadoan ko akar ap apane hathoan par hi de sakate haian ya kisi plastik shit ka bhi istemal kar sakate haian.
- dakshin bharat mean vade banane ke liye plastik shit ki jagah kele ke pattoan ka bhi prayog karate haian.
