vidhi
- tamatar ko saph pani mean achchhi tarah dho lijiye.
- adarak ko chhil kar dho lijiye.
- tamatar aur adarak ko miksi se barik pis lijiye.
- tamatar ke mishran ko kukar ya kisi bartan mean bhar kar gais par rakhiye aur 8-10 minit tak ubaliye.
- ubale huye tamatar ke pest ko soop chhanane vali chhalani mean chhan lijiye.
- karn phlor (strarch) ko 2 b di chammach pani mean ghol lijiye, guthaliyaan n padhane dean.
- pani badha kar 1 kap kar lijiye.[1]
- kadhaee mean makkhan dal kar garam karean.
- matar aur gajar dal kar 3-4 minit tak bhoonean, sabjiyaan naram hone par, karn phlor ka ghola hua pani, chhane huye tamatar ka soop, namak aur kali mirch dal dean.
- avashyakatanusar pani mila dijiye, ubal ane ke bad 4-5 minit tak pakayean.
- tamatar ka soop taiyar hai, garama garam tamatar ka soop ke oopar krim dal kar parosiye.
