prastut sanskaran mean, mool aangrezi ‘jnanayog’ ka anusaran karate hue, ‘dharm ki avashyakata’, ‘atma’, aur ‘atmaah usake bandhan tatha mukti’ ye tin akhyan jo d diye gaye haian. ye tinoan vyakhyan advait ashram, mayavati dvara prakashit ‘vivekanand sahity’ mean se sankalit kiye gaye haian.
