zira (angrezi: Cumin) ek gunakari, svadisht aur sugndhit masala aur ek ghareloo aushadhi hai, jo ki svasth ke lie bhi gunakari hota hai. zira bharatiy khady padartho me prayukt kiya jane vala prachalit masala hai. zira dikhane men saunph ki tarah hota hai. snskrit men zire ko jirak kaha jata hai, jisaka arth hai, ann ke jirn hone men (pachane men) sahayata karane vala hota hai. bharatiy rasoee me isaka prayog lagabhag har tarakari, sabzi rayate men hota hai. ise garam masale men bhi upayog kiya jata hai. zire ko bhunakar dahi, rayata adi men bhi prayog kiya jata hai.

gunakari zira

  • zira pachak aur sugndhit masala hai.
  • bhojan men aruchi, pet phoolana, apach adi ko door karane men zira vishvasaniy aushadhi hai.
  • bhune hue zire ko lagatar soonghane se jukam ki chhiken ana bnd ho jati hai.
  • prasooti ke pashchath zire ke sevan se garbhashay ki saphaee ho jati hai.
  • zira kriminashak hai aur jvaranivarak bhi.
  • zire ko ubal kar us pani se snan karane se khujali mitati hai.
  • bavasir men mishri ke sath sevan karane se shanti milati hai.
  • zire v namak ko pisakar ghi v shahad men milakar thoda garm karake bichchhoo ke dnk par lagane se vish utar jata hai.
  • zire ka choorn 4 se 6 gram dahi men milakar khane se atisar mitata hai.[1]

hing-mirch ke sath dal men zire ka chhaunk nahin lagaya gaya ho to khane ka svad kuchh phika rah jata hai. dal ke alava kee sabjiyon ka svad badhane ke lie bhi zire ka upayog kiya jata hai. kee rogon men dava ke roop men bhi zire ka upayog kiya ja sakata hai.

  • dayabitij- blad men shugar ki matra ko niyntrit karane ke lie adha chhota chammach pisa zira din men do bar pani ke sath pien. dayabitij rogiyon ko yah kafi fayada pahunchata hai.
  • kabj hone par- kabj ki shikayat hone par zira, kali mirch, sonth aur kari paudar ko barabar matra men len aur mishran taiyar kar len. isamen svadanusar namak dalakar ghi men milaen aur chaval ke sath khaen. pet saf rahega aur kabj men rahat milegi.
zire ka paudha
  • gais bhagae- gais banane par rahat pane ke lie zira, kali mirch aur adarak ko barabar matra men len. ise pani men dalakar khaulaen aur ghol taiyar kar len. is pani ko do-tin dinon tak lagatar din men do se tin bar pien.
  • apach- pachan kriya ko duroost karane men bhi zira bahut upayogi hai. apach ki sthiti men ek chauthaee zira paudar aur kali mirch paudar ko ek glas malaee vale doogh men dalakar pien.
  • thakavat door karen- din bhar ke kam ke dauran yadi ap thakavat mahasoos kar rahe hon to zira, dhaniya, kali mirch aur tuar dal ko barabar matra (adha chhota chammach) men milaen. ise pani men dalakar thodi der ubalane den. is pani ko chhane aur chutaki bhar namak dalakar pien.
  • anindra- yadi ap nind n ane ki bimari se grast hain to ek chhota chammach bhuna zira pake hue kele ke sath maish karake rojana rat ke khane ke bad khaen.[2]

zire se ghareloo nuskhe

  • histiriya ke mariz ko garm pani men ninboo, namak, zira, hing bhuni huee, pudina milakar pilane se rogi ko labh milata hai.
  • zira choorn, hing choorn evn sendha namak ek-ek chutaki bhar milakar lene se pet ki gais men labh milata hai.
  • ulti ho to adha ninboo ka ras, ek gilas pani, thoda zira, do chhoti ilayachi pisakar milakar do-do ghnte par pilaen.
  • loo lag jane par nariyal ke pani ke sath kala zira pisakar sharir par lep karane se shanti milati hai.
  • dant men kida lagane ke karan dard ho, to pipal, sendha namak, zira, semal ka gond tatha harad ka bakkal sam bhag lekar pisakar barik choorn banakar danton par malane se paryapt labh milata hai.
  • thayaraauid (gale ki ganth) men ek pyala palak ke ras ke sath ek chammach shahad aur chauthaee chammach zire ka choorn milakar sevan karane se labh hota hai.
  • saunph aur zire ke sath sevan karane se pet ki jalan men labh hota hai.[3]
