shighrapatan ke rogiyon ke liye kela ramaban aushadhi hai. isake liye kele ko shahad ke sath khana chahiye. isaki matra hai, ek kele ke sath ek tola shahad. yah prayog kam se kam pandrah dinon tak lagatar karen.

pet ke kide marane tatha khoon shuddh karane ke liye -

isake lie kelon ki jad ke ark sevan labhadayak hai. is ark ko banane ke liye lagabhag ek kilo jal men 50 gram kele ki jad men dalakar itana garm karen ki jal ki matra adhi ho jaye. isake bad mishran ko chhan len. yahi chhanan ark hai. isi anupat men taja ark banayen. ark ki do tola matra ek bar men len.

striyon ke somarog men -

striyon men purushon ke bahumootr rog ke saman hi ek rog hota hai. ise somarog kahate hain. is rog ke ilaj ke lie kele ko shahad aur shakkar ke sath khana chahiye. do kele ke sath ek tola shahad aur ek tola shakkar paryapt hai.

  • kele men lauh tattv ki prachur matra hoti hai jo rakt nirman men sahayak hoti hain. jin logon ke sharir men rakt ki kami hoti hai unhen kela niyamit roop se khana chahie.
  • kela khoon men vriddhi karake sharir ki takat badhane men sahayak hai. yadi pratidin kela khakar doodh piya jae, to kuchh hi dinon men vyakti tnduroost ho jata hai.
