  3. 'vishnupuran ke anusar - 'yogah sanyog ityuktah jivatm paramatmane.' arthath 'jivatma tatha paramatma ka poornat: milan hi yog hai.'
  4. bhagavadgita ke anusar - 'siddadhyasiddadhyo samobhootva samatvanyog uchchate.'[4] arthath 'duahkh-sukh, labh-alabh, shatru-mitr, shit aur ushn adi dvandoan mean sarvatr samabhav rakhana yog hai.'
  5. achary haribhadr ke anusar - 'mokkhen joyanao savvo vi dhamm vavaharo jogo.' arthat 'moksh se jo dane vale sabhi vyavahar yog haian.'
  6. bauddh dharm ke anusar - 'kushal chitaikaggata yogah.' arthath 'kushal chitt ki ekagrata yog hai.'
  7. bhagavadgita ke anusar - 'tasmaddayogayayujyasv yogah karmasu kaushalamh.' arthath 'karttavy karm bandhak n ho, isalie nishkam bhavana se anuprerit hokar karttavy karane ka kaushal yog hai.'
