'ardhamatsyendr' ka arth hai sharir ko adha mo dana ya ghumana. ardhamatsyendr asan merudand (ridh ki haddi) ke lie atyant labhakarak hai. yah asan sahi matra mean pheph doan tak aauksijan pahuanchane mean madad karata hai athava jananaangoan ke lie atyant hi labhakari hai. yah asan ridh ki haddi se sambandhit hai, isilie ise dhyanapoorvak kiya jana chahie.

asan prakriya

  1. pairoan ko samane ki or phailate hue baith jaean, donoan pairoan ko sath mean rakhean, ridh ki haddi sidhi rahe.
  2. baean pair ko mo dean aur baean pair ki e di ko dahine koolhe ke pas rakhean (ya ap baean pair ko sidha bhi rakh sakate haian).
  3. dahine pair ko baean ghutane ke oopar se samane rakhean.
  4. baean hath ko dahine ghutane par rakhean aur dahina hath pichhe rakhean.
  5. kamar, kandhoan vh gardan ko dahini taraph se mo date hue dahine kandhe ke oopar se dekhean.
  6. ridh ki haddi sidhi rahe.
  7. isi avastha ko banae rakhean ,lanbi , gahari sadharan saans lete rahean.
  8. saans chho date hue, pahale dahine hath ko dhila chho de,phir kamar,phir chhati aur aant mean gardan ko. aram se sidhe baith jaean.
  9. doosari taraph se prakriya ko doharaean.
  10. saans chho date hue samane ki or vapas a jaean.

labh

  1. merudand ko majabooti milati hai.
  2. chhati ko failane se pheph do ko aauksijan thik matra mean milati hai.
  3. ardh matsyendrasan ridh ki haddi ka lachilapan badhata hai, kis se usaki karyakaushalata mean sudhar hota hai.
  4. pith mean dard aur kathorata se rahat dilata hai.
  5. chhati ko kholata hai aur pheph doan mean aauksijan ki apoorti badh jati hai.

  1. garbhavastha aur masik dharm ke dauran nahian karana chahie.
  2. jinake dil, pet ya mastishk ki aaupareshan ki gayi ho, unhe is asan ka abhyas nahian karana chahie.
  3. peptik alsar ya harniya vale logoan ko yah asan bahut savadhani se karana chahie.
  4. agar ridh ki haddi mean ganbhir chot ya samasyaean haian, to ap yah asan na karean.
  5. halke slip-disk mean is asan se labh ho sakata hai, lekin ganbhir mamaloan mean ise nahian karana chahie.
