'bhadr' ka matalab hota hai 'anukool' ya 'sundar'. yah asan lambe samay tak dhyan (meditesan) mean baithe rahane ke lie anukool hai aur isase sharir nirog aur suandar rahane ke karan ise 'bhadrasan' kaha jata haian. bhadrasan yog ko aangrezi mean 'gresiaaus poj' bhi kaha jata haian.

vidhi
