yogashastr ke pravartak shiv

'yogashastr' ke pravartak bhagavan shiv ke '‍vijnan bhairav tantr' aur 'shiv sanhita' mean unaki sanpoorn shiksha aur diksha samaee huee hai. tantr ke anek granthoan mean unaki shiksha ka vistar hua hai. bhagavan shiv ke yog ko 'tantr' ya 'vamayog' kahate haian. isi ki ek shakha 'hathayog' ki hai. bhagavan shiv kahate haian- "vamo marg: paramagahano yogitamapyagamy:" arthat 'vam marg atyant gahan hai aur yogiyoan ke lie bhi agamy hai.' shiv kahate haian- "manushy pashu hai." is pashuta ko samajhana hi yog aur tantr ka prarambh hai. yog mean moksh ya paramatma prapti ke tin marg haian- 'jagaran', 'abhyas' aur 'samarpan'. tantrayog samarpan ka marg hai. jab shiv ne jana k‍i us param tatv ya saty ko janane ka marg tantrayog hai, to unhoanne apani ardhaangini parvati ko moksh hetu vah marg bataya.

amaranath ke amrit vachan

'adi' ka arth hai- 'prarambh'. shiv ko adidev ya adinath kaha jata hai. nath aur shaiv sampraday ke adidev. shiv se hi yog ka janm mana gaya hai. vaidik kal ke rudr ka svaroop aur jivan darshan pauranik kal ate-ate poori tarah se badal gaya. ved jinhean rudr kahate haian, puran unhean shankar aur mahesh kahate haian. shiv ka n praranbh hai aur n aant. shiv ke 'shivayog' ko 'tantr' ya 'vamayog' bhi kahate haian. shivayog mean dharana, dhyan aur samadhi arthat yog ke aantim tin aang ka hi prachalan adhik raha hai.[3]

yog shabd ka prayog

atyant prasiddhi ke bad bhi yog ki paribhasha sunishchit nahian hai. 'shrimadbhagavadagita' pratishthit granth mana jata hai. isamean 'yog' shabd ka kee bar prayog hua hai. kabhi akele aur kabhi savisheshan, jaise- 'buddhiyog', 'sannyasayog', 'karmayog' adi. vedottar kal mean 'bhaktiyog' aur 'hathayog' nam bhi prachalit ho ge haian. mahatma gaandhi ne 'anasakti yog' ka vyavahar kiya hai. patanjal yogadarshan mean 'kriyayog' shabd dekhane mean ata hai. 'pashupat yog' aur 'maheshvar yog' jaise shabdoan ki bhi charcha milati hai. in sab sthaloan mean yog shabd ke jo arth haian, vah ek-doosare ke virodhi haian, parantu itane vibhinn prayogoan ko dekhane se yah to spasht ho jata hai ki yog ki paribhasha karana kathin hai.

paribhasha

'gita' mean shrikrishna ne ek sthal par kaha hai- "yog: karmasu kaushalamh‌" arthat "karmo mean kushalata ko 'yog' kahate haian." spasht hai ki yah vaky yog ki paribhasha nahian hai. kuchh vidvanoan ka yah mat hai ki jivatma aur paramatma ke mil jane ko 'yog' kahate haian. is bat ko svikar karane mean yah b di apatti kh di hoti hai ki bauddh matavalanbi bhi, jo paramatma ki satta ko svikar nahian karate, yog shabd ka vyavahar karate aur yog ka samarthan karate haian. yahi bat saankhyavadiyoan ke lie bhi kahi ja sakati hai, jo eeshvar ki satta ko asiddh manate haian. pantajali ne 'yogadarshan' mean paribhasha di hai- 'yogashchittavrittinirodhah' arthat "chitt ki vrittiyoan ke nirodh" poornat: ruk jane ka nam hi 'yog' hai. is vaky ke do arth ho sakate haian- 'chittavrittiyoan ke nirodh ki avastha ka nam yog hai' ya 'is avastha ko lane ke upay ko yog kahate haian.'

vidvanh matabhed

uparokt paribhasha par kee vidvanoan ko apatti hai. unaka kahana hai ki chittavrittiyoan ke pravah ka hi nam chitt hai. poorn nirodh ka arth hoga chitt ke astitv ka poorn lop, chittashray samast smritiyoan aur sanskaroan ka ni:shesh ho jana. yadi aisa ho jae to phir samadhi se uthana sanbhav nahian hoga. kyoanki us avastha ke sahare ke liye koee bhi sanskar bacha nahian hoga, prarabdh dagdh ho gaya hoga. nirodh yadi sanbhav ho to shrikrishna ke is vaky ka kya arth hoga? 'yogasth: kuru karmani', 'yog mean sthit hokar karm karo.' viruddhavastha mean karm ho nahian sakata aur us avastha mean koee sanskar nahian p d sakate, smritiyaan nahian ban sakatian, jo samadhi se uthane ke bad karm karane mean sahayak hoan.

sankshep mean ashay yah hai ki yog ke shastriy svaroop, usake darshanik adhar ko samyak roop se samajhana bahut saral nahian hai. sansar ko mithya manane vala advaitavadi bhi nididhyahn ke nam se usaka samarthan karata hai. anishvaravadi saankhy vidvanh bhi usaka anumodan karata hai. bauddh hi nahian, muslim soofi aur eesaee mistik bhi kisi n kisi prakar apane sanpraday ki manyataoan aur darshanik siddhaantoan ke sath usaka samanjasy sthapit kar lete haian. in vibhinn darshanik vicharadharaoan mean kis prakar aisa samanvay ho sakata hai ki aisa dharatal mil sake jis par yog ki bhitti kh di ki ja sake, yah b da rochak prashn hai.

vibhinn paribhashaean

  1. patanjal yogadarshan ke anusar - 'yogashchittavritt nirodhah'[4] arthath 'chitt ki vrittiyoan ka nirodh hi yog hai.'
  2. saankhy darshan ke anusar - 'purushaprakrityorviyogepi yogityamidhiyate.' arthath 'purush evan prakriti ke parthaky ko sthapit kar purush ka sv svaroop mean avasthit hona hi yog hai.'
  3. 'vishnupuran ke anusar - 'yogah sanyog ityuktah jivatm paramatmane.' arthath 'jivatma tatha paramatma ka poornat: milan hi yog hai.'
  4. bhagavadgita ke anusar - 'siddadhyasiddadhyo samobhootva samatvanyog uchchate.'[5] arthath 'duahkh-sukh, labh-alabh, shatru-mitr, shit aur ushn adi dvandoan mean sarvatr samabhav rakhana yog hai.'
  5. achary haribhadr ke anusar - 'mokkhen joyanao savvo vi dhamm vavaharo jogo.' arthat 'moksh se jo dane vale sabhi vyavahar yog haian.'
  6. bauddh dharm ke anusar - 'kushal chitaikaggata yogah.' arthath 'kushal chitt ki ekagrata yog hai.'
  7. bhagavadgita ke anusar - 'tasmaddayogayayujyasv yogah karmasu kaushalamh.' arthath 'karttavy karm bandhak n ho, isalie nishkam bhavana se anuprerit hokar karttavy karane ka kaushal yog hai.'

yog ke prakar

yog ki uchchavastha samadhi, moksh, kaivaly adi tak pahuanchane ke lie anekoan sadhakoan ne jo sadhan apanaye, unhian sadhanoan ka varnan yog granthoan mean samay-samay par milata raha. usi ko yog ke prakar se jana jane laga. yog ki pramanik pustakoan mean 'shivasanhita' tatha 'gorakshashatak' mean yog ke char prakaroan ka varnan milata hai-

'mantrayogoan hashshchaiv layayogastritiyakah.
chaturtho rajayogah'[6]

'mantro layo hatho rajayogantarbhoomika kramath
ek ev chaturdhaayan mahayogobhiyate॥'[7]

uparyukt donoan shlokoan ke adhar par yog ke char prakar hue- 'mantrayog', 'hathayog', 'layayog' v 'rajayog'.

mantrayog

'mantr' ka samany arth hai- 'mananath trayate iti mantrah'. man ko tray[8] mantr hi hai. mantr yog ka sambandh man se hai, man ko is prakar paribhashit kiya hai- 'manan iti manah'. jo manan, chintan karata hai, vahi man hai. man ki chanchalata ka nirodh mantr ke dvara karana mantr yog hai. mantr yog ke bare mean 'yogatatvopanishad' mean varnan is prakar hai-

'yog sevante sadhakadhamaah.' (alpabuddhi sadhak mantrayog se seva karata hai, arthat mantrayog anasadhakoan ke lie hai, jo alpabuddhi hai.')

mantr se dhvani tarangean paida hoti haian. mantr sharir aur man donoan par prabhav dalata hai. mantr mean sadhak jap ka prayog karata hai. mantr jap mean tin ghatakoan ka kafi mahattv hai, ve ghatak 'uchcharan', 'lay' v 'tal' haian. tinoan ka sahi anupat mantr shakti ko badha deta hai. mantrajap mukhyaroop se char prakar se kiya jata hai- 'vachik', 'manasik', 'upaanshu' tatha 'anapa'.

hathayog

'hath' ka shabdik arth hatapoorvak kisi kary ke karane se liya jata hai. 'hath pradipika' pustak mean hath ka arth is prakar diya gaya hai-

hakarenochyate sooryashthakar chandr uchyate.
soorya chandramaso ryogaddhathayogoabhidhiyate॥

'h' ka arth soory tath 'th' ka arth chandr bataya gaya hai. soory aur chandr ki saman avastha hathayog hai. sharir mean kee hazar na diyaan haian. unamean jin tin pramukh na diyoan ka varnan hai, ve is prakar haian- 'sooryana di' arthat 'piangala' jo dahine svar ka pratik hai. 'chandrana di' arthat 'i da' jo bayean svar ka pratik hai. in donoan ke bich tisari na di 'sushumna' hai. is prakar hathayog vah kriya hai, jisamean piangala aur i da na di ke sahare pran ko sushumna na di mean pravesh karakar brahmarandhr mean samadhisth kiya jata hai. 'hath pradipika' mean hathayog ke char aangoan ka varnan hai- 'asan', 'pranayam', 'mudra' aur 'bandh'. 'gherandasanhita' mean sat aang- 'shatakarm', 'asan', 'mudrabandh', 'pranayam', 'dhyan', 'samadhi', jabaki 'yogatatvopanishad' mean ath aangoan ka varnan hai- 'yam', 'niyam', 'asan', 'pranayam', 'pratyahar', 'dharana', 'dhyan', aur 'samadhi'.

layayog

chitt ka apane svaroop vilin hona ya chitt ki nirooddh avastha layayog ke antargat ati hai. sadhak ke chitth mean jab chalate, baithate, sote aur bhojan karate samay har samay brahm ka dhyan rahe, isi ko layayog kahate haian. 'yogatvopanishad' mean is prakar varnan hai-

'gachchhastishthan svapan bhuanjanh dhyayentrishkalamishvaramh s ev layayogah syat.'[9]

rajayog

'rajayog' sabhi yogoan ka raja kahalata hai, kyoanki isamean pratyek prakar ke yog ki kuchh n kuchh samamigri avashy mil jati hai. rajayog mean maharshi patanjali dvara rachit 'ashtaangayog' ka varnan ata hai. rajayog ka vishay chittavrittiyoan ka nirodh karana hai. ashtaangayog ka sarvadhik prachalan aur mahattv hai. 'ashtaangayog' arthat 'yog ke ath aang'. yah ath aang sabhi dharmoan ka sar haian. ukt ath aangoan se bahar dharm, yog, darshan, manovijnan adi tatvoan ki kalpana nahian ki ja sakati. yah ath aang haian- yam, niyam, asan, pranayam, pratyahar, dharana, dhyan aur samadhi. ukt ath aangoan ke apane-apane upaang bhi haian. vartaman mean yog ke tin hi aang prachalan mean haian- 'asan', 'pranayam' aur 'dhyan', jo ki yogabhrasht marg hai. yog ko pratham yam se hi sikhana hota hai.[10]

ved-puranoan mean yog

ved, puran adi granthoan mean yog ke anek prakar batae ge haian. bhagavan krishna ne yog ke tin prakar batae haian-

  1. jnan yog
  2. karm yog
  3. bhakti yog

jabaki 'yog pradip' mean yog ke das prakar batae ge haian- 'raj yog', 'ashtaang yog', 'hathayog', 'layayog', 'dhyan yog', 'bhakti yog', 'kriya yog', 'mantr yog', 'karm yog' aur 'jnan yog'. isake atirikt 'dharm yog', 'tantr yog' tatha 'nad yog' adi bhi hote haian.

prachin bauddhik dharm ne dhyanaparaniy avashoshan avastha ko nigamit kiya. buddh ke praranbhik upadeshoan mean yog vicharoan ki sabase prachin nirantar abhivyakti paee jati hai. buddh ka ek pramukh navin shikshan yah tha ki dhyanaparaniy avashoshan ko paripoorn abhyas se sanyukt kare. buddh ke upadesh aur prachin brahmanik granthoan mean prastut aantar vichitr hai. buddh ke anusar- "dhyanaparaniy avastha ekamatr aant nahian hai, uchchatam dhyanaparaniy sthiti mean bhi moksh prapt nahian hota." apane vichar ke poorn viram prapt karane ke bajay, kisi prakar ki manasik sakriyata honi chahie, ek mukti anubhooti, dhyan jagarookata ke abhyas par adharit hona chahie. buddh ne mrityu se mukti pane ke prachin brahmanik abhipray ko thukaraya. brahminik yogin ki ek gairadvisanky drashtrigat sthiti jahaan mrityu mean anubhooti prapt hoti hai, us sthiti ko ve mukti manate haian.

tibbati bauddh dharm ka keandr

'yog' tibbati bauddh dharm ka keandr hai. nyingama paranpara mean dhyan ke abhyas ka marg nau yanoan ya vahan mean vibhajit hai. kaha jata hai ki yah param vyootpann bhi hai. aant ke chhah ko "yog yanas" ke roop mean varnit kiya jata hai. yah hai- kriyayog, upayog (charya), yogayana, mahayog, anuyog aur aantim abhyas atiyog. sarama paranparaoan ne mahayog aur atiyog ko anuttara varg se sthanapann karate hue kriya yog, upa (charya) aur yog ko shamil kiya hai. any tantr yog prathaoan mean 108 sharirik mudraoan ke sath saans aur dil tal ka abhyas shamil hai. any tantr yog prathaoan mean 108 sharirik mudraoan ke sath saans aur dil tal ka abhyas shamil haian. nyingama paranpara yantr yog ka abhyas bhi karati hai. yah ek anushasan hai, jisamean saans kary (ya pranayam), dhyanaparaniy manan aur satik gatishil chal se anusaran karane vale ke dhyan ko ekagrit karate haian. lukhang me dalaee lama ke sammar mandir ki divaroan par tibbati prachin yogiyoan ke sharir ko mudraoan sahit chitrit kiya gaya hai.

mahattv

yog pratyek vyakti ke lie har tarah se avashyak hai. yah hamare sharirik, manasik aur atmik svasthy ke lie labhadayak hai. yog ka uddeshy sharir, man aur atma ke bich santulan arthat yog banana hai. yog ke uddeshy ko poora karane ke lie mudra, dhyan aur shvasan sambandhi abhyas ki avashyakata hoti hai. yog ki kriyaoan mean jab tan, man aur atma ke bich yog banata hai, tab atmik santushti, shaanti aur chetana ka anubhav hota hai. isake atarikt yog sharirik aur manasik roop se bhi phayademand hai. yog sharir ko shaktishali evan lachila banae rakhata hai, sath hi tanav se bhi chhutakara dilata hai, jo rojamarra ki ji़ndagi ke lie avashyak hai. yog se sharir mean rog pratirodhi kshamata ka vikas hota hai. yog karane vale vriddhavastha mean bhi chust duroost rahate haian. ayu ke sandarbh mean bhi yog labhaprad hai.
