rog ke lakshan

is rog ke ho jane par sharir ka tapaman badh jata hai. bukhar 104 digri pharenahait tak ho jata hai. rogi ko bechaini hone lagati hai. use bahut zyada pyas lagati hai aur poore sharir men dard hone lagata hai. hriday ki dhadakan tej ho jati hai aur sath men jukam bhi ho jata hai. do-tin din ke bad bukhar tej hone lagata hai. sharir par lal rng ke dane nikalane lagate hain. danon men pani jaisa mavad paida ho jata hai. sat dinon men dane pakane lagate hain jo ki dhire-dhire sookh jate hain. danon par khurand (papadi) si jam jati hai. kuchh dinon ke bad khurand to nikal jati hai, lekin usake dag rah jate hain.

bhojan tatha parahej

  1. chhote bachchon ko chechak hone par doodh, moong ki dal, roti aur hari sabjiyan tatha mausami phal khilane chahie ya unaka joos pilana chahie.
  2. chechak ke rog se grast rogi ke ghar valon ko khana banate samay sabji adi men chhonka nahin lagana chahie.
  3. rogi ko tali huee chijen, mirch-masale vala bhojan aur zyada thndi ya zyada garm chijen nahin deni chahie.
  4. agar bukhar tej ho to doodh aur chay ke alava rogi ko kuchh nahin dena chahie.
  5. daravaze par nim ke patton ki tahani lataka deni chahie.
