  4. do kaliyan lahasun tatha char badam- donon ki chatani banakar 10 gram shuddh shahad ke sath pratidin sevan karana chahie.
  5. pipal ke patton ko jalakar choorn bana len. pratidin rat ko sote samay 10 gram choorn phankakar 250 gram doodh pina chahie.
  6. pipal ke ped ki guladiyon ko sukha-pisakar choorn bana len. isamen se 10 gram choorn doodh ke sath nity sevan karen. dinabhar men ek kilo bakari ka doodh thoda-thoda karake pien. kuchh dinon men kshay rog chhoomntar ho jaega.
  7. do pake kelon ke bich men jara-sa khane vala choona rakhakar char mah tak nity sevan karen.
  8. anaradana, pipal, piparamool, dhaniya, kali mirch, bnsalochan, dalachini tatha tejapat, sabako 10-10 gram ki matra men lekar koot-pisakar choorn bana len. 4 gram choorn din men bhojan ke bad shahad ke sath kuchh mahinon tak sevan karen.
  9. pratidin ek seb ka murabba dopahar ko bhojan ke bad khana chahie.
  10. pratidin 100 gram angoor ka ras gunaguna karake sevan karen.
  11. char dane munakka (bij nikalakar), 2 gram pipal tatha 10 gram khand-tinon ki chatani pisakar subah-sham khane se dama, khansi, shvas tatha rajayakshma nasht ho jata hai.
  12. kele ke saphed tane ka ras 20 gram ki matra men pratidin do bar pine se tapedik poori tarah chali jati hai.
  13. 25 gram kachcha nariyal pisakar shahad ke sath khaen. yah yakshma ke kitanuon ko marata hai.
  14. kachchi lauki ka saphed gooda 100 gram lekar usamen pisi huee mishri milakar sevan karen.
  15. gay ke doodh men 10 gram ghi tatha do pipal dalakar doodh ko autakar nity kuchh mah sevan karana chahie.
  16. makkhan men char kali mirch tatha ek lal ilayachi ka choorn milakar nity khaen.
  17. yakshma ke kitanuon ko nasht karane ke lie kachche pyaj ka ras char chammach ki matra men pratidin sevan karana chahie.
  18. papite ka ras 50 gram, mausami ka ras 20 gram tatha angoor ka ras 20 gram-tinon ko garam karake pien.[1]
