isake aantargat ve asan ate haian, jo vanaspati, vriksh aur prakriti ke any tatvoan par adharit hote haian, jaise-

vrikshasan, padmasan, latasan, ta dasan, padm parvatasan, mandookasan, parvatasan, adhomukh vrikshasan, anantasan, chandrasan, ardh chandrasan, talabasan adi.[1]
