tirth snskrit shabd hai aur isaka arth hai pap se tarane, par utarane vala. puny pap ki bhavana sabhi dharmon men hain. is bhavana ka, tirth ka abhipray hai puny sthan, arthath jo apane men punit ho aur apane yahan ane valon men bhi pavitrata ka snchar kar sake. aur aisa nahin hai ki bharatiy dharmon men hi tirth ki manyata ho. bauddh, jain aur sikkh dharmon ke alava eesaee, islam, parasi, yahoodi, tao, shinto adi dharmon men bhi tirthon ki manyata hai.

mahatv

tirthayatra ko sabhi dharmon ne bahut mahattv diya hai. yah anayas nahin hai. is mahattv ki vajah yatra ke bahari svaroop se hat kar rahi hai. vah vajah tirthayatri men pavitr bhavon ka snchar karane ke alava aur gahan hai. osho ke anusar kahin bhi jakar ekant men sadhana karen to bahut kam snbhavana hai ki apako as pas kisi vishisht chetana ki anubhooti ho, lekin tirth men karen to bahut zor se hoga. kabhi- kabhi to yah upasthiti itani gaharaee se anubhav hoti hai. maloom padega svayn kam hain aur apane bhitar tatha as pas doosara koee zyada hai.

bhavanayen

jab bhi koee bhav se tirth par jata hai to mahasoos karata hai ki ek tirth to vah hai jo basti men dikhaee deta hai, darshaniy sthalon par, nadi ke ghaton par, mndiron men ya pooja grihon men. jahan koee bhi jaega sailani aur ghoomakar laut aega. yah tirth ka mrinmay roop hai aur ek usaka chinmay roop hai, jahan vahin pahunch paega, jo antarasth hoga, jo dhyan men pravesh karega. jo dhyan men bhi baithakar gaya, bhagavadbhav se bhar kar gaya hai, vah us kashi se bhi snpark sadh pata hai, jise 'chinmay kashi' kahate hain. tab isi kashi ke nirjan ghat par unase bhi milan ho jata hai jinase milane ki bhi kalpana nahin huee hogi.
