  • saddharmapundarik mean buddhayan evan tathagat ki mahima ka varnan hai, tathapi is granth ke kuchh adhyayoan mean avalokiteshvar adi bodhisattvoan ki mahima ka bhi pushkal varnan hai. avalokiteshvar bodhisattv karuna ki moorti haian. avalokiteshvar ne yadyapi bodhi ki prapti ki hai, tathapi jab tak sansar mean ek bhi sattv du:khi aur baddh rahega, tab tak nirvan prapt nahian karane ka unaka sankalp hai. ve nirvan mean pravesh nahian kareange. ve sada bodhisatv ki sadhana mean nirat rahate haian. isase unaki mahima kam nahian hoti. bodhisattv avalokiteshvar ke nam matr ke uchcharan mean anek du:khoan aur apadaoan se rakshan ki shakti hai. ham bodhisattvoan ki shraddha ke sath upasana ka prarambh is granth mean dekhate haian.
