an-nisa - 177 ayatean, 24 ruku, madina soora
an-nisa islam dharm ke pavitr granth quran ka chautha soora (adhyay) hai jisamean 177 ayatean hoti haian.
4:1 - ai logoan apane palane vale se daro jisane tum sabako (sirph) ek shakhs se paida kiya aur (vah is tarah ki pahale) unaki baki mitti se unaki bivi (havva) ko paida kiya aur (sirf) unhian do (miy aau bivi) se bahut se mard aur auratean duniya mean phaila diye aur us khuda se daro jisake vasile se apas mean ek doosare se saval karate ho aur qate raham se bhi daro beshak khuda tumhari dekhabhal karane vala hai
4:2 - aur yatimoan ko unake mal de do aur buri chiz (male haram) ko bhali chiz (male halal) ke badale mean n lo aur unake mal apane maloan mean milakar n chakh jao kyoanki ye bahut b da gunah hai
4:3 - aur agar tumako andesha ho ki (nikah karake) tum yatim l dakiyoan (ki rakharakhav) mean insaph n kar sakoge to aur auratoan mean apani marzi ke mavafik do do aur tin tin aur char char nikah karo (phir agar tumhean isaka) andesha ho ki (mutatid) biviyoan mean (bhi) insaph n kar sakoge to ek hi par iktefa karo ya jo (loandi) tumhari zar kharid ho (usi par qanaat karo) ye tadabir beinsafi n karane ki bahut qarine qayas hai
4:4 - aur auratoan ko unake mahar khushi khushi de dalo phir agar vah khushi khushi tumhean kuchh chho d de to shauq se naushe jan khao piyo
4:5 - aur apane vah mal jinapar khuda ne tumhari guzar n qarar di hai bevakoofoan (na samajh yatim) ko n de baitho h aau usamean se unhean khilao aur unako pahanao (to mazaeqa nahian) aur unase (shauq se) achchhi tarah bat karo
4:6 - aur yatimoan ko karobar mean lagae raho yah aau tak ke byahane ke qabil hoan phir us vakt tum unhe (ek mahine ka kharch) unake hath se karake agar hoshiyar pao to unaka mal unake havale kar do aur (khabaradar) aisa n karana ki is khauf se ki kahian ye b de ho jaeange fuzool kharchi karake jhatapat unaka mal chat kar jao aur jo (jo vali ya saraparast) daulatamand ho to vah (male yatim apane kharch mean lane se) bachata rahe aur (h aau) jo mohataj ho vah alabatta (vajibi) dastoor ke mutabiq़ kha sakata hai pas jab unake mal unake havale karane lago to logoan ko unaka gavah bana lo aur (yooan to) hisab lene ko khuda kafi hi hai
4:7 - m aau bap aur qarabatadaroan ke tarke mean kuchh hissa khas mardoan ka hai aur usi tarah maan bab aur qarabatadaro ke tarake mean kuchh hissa khas auratoan ka bhi hai khvah tark kam ho ya jyada (har shakhs ka) hissa (hamari taraf se) muqarrar kiya hua hai
4:8 - aur jab (tark ki) taqasim ke vakt (vah) qarabatadar (jinaka koee hissa nahian) aur yatim bachche aur mohataj log a jaean to unhe bhi kuchh usamean se de do aur use achchhi tarah (unavane shaista se) bat karo
4:9 - aur un logoan ko darana (aur khyal karana chahiye) ki agar vah log khud apane bad (nanhe nanhe) natav aau bachche chho d jate to un par (kis qadar) taras ata pas unako (garib bachchoan par sakhti karane mean) khuda se darana chahiye aur unase sidhi tarah bat karana chahie
4:10 - jo yatimoan ke mal nahaq chat kar jaya karate haian vah apane pet mean bas aangare bharate haian aur anaqarib jahannum vasil hoange
4:11 - (musalamanoan) khuda tumhari aulad ke haq mean tumase vasiyat karata hai ki l dake ka hissa do l dakiyoan ke barabar hai aur agar (mayyat ki) aulad mean sirph l dakiy aau hi hoan (do) ya (do) se jyada to unaka (maqarrar hissa) kul tarke ka do tihaee hai aur agar ek l daki ho to usaka adha hai aur mayyat ke bap m aau har ek ka agar mayyat ki koee aulad maujood n ho to mal mustarad ka mean se muayyan (khas chizoan mean) chhata hissa hai aur agar mayyat ke koee aulad n ho aur usake sirph m aau bap hi varis hoan to m aau ka muayyan (khas chizoan mean) ek tihaee hissa tay hai aur baqi bap ka lekin agar mayyat ke (haqiqi aur sautele) bhaee bhi maujood hoan to (agarache unhean kuchh n mile) us vakt m aau ka hissa chhatha hi hoga (aur vah bhi) mayyat nean jisake bare mean vasiyat ki hai usaki talim aur (adae) qarz ke bad tumhare bap hoan ya bete tum to yah nahian janate hoan ki usamean kaun tumhari nafaramani mean jyada qarib hai (phir tum kya dakhal de sakate ho) hissa to sirph khuda ki taraf se muayyan hota hai kyoanki khuda to zaroor har chiz ko janata aur tadabir vala hai
4:12 - aur jo kuchh tumhari biviyaan chho d kar (mar) jae pas agar unake koee aulad n ho to tumhara adha hai aur agar unake koee aulad ho to jo kuchh vah taraka chho de usamean se baz chizoan mean chauthaee tumhara hai (aur vah bhi) aurat ne jisaki vasiyat ki ho aur (adae) qarz ke bad agar tumhare koee aulad n ho to tumhare tarake mean se tumhari biviyoan ka baz chizoan mean chauthaee hai aur agar tumhari koee aulad ho to tumhare tarke mean se unaka khas chizoan mean athav aau hissa hai (aur vah bhi) tumane jisake bare mean vasiyat ki hai usaki tamil aur (adae) qarz ke bad aur agar koee mard ya aurat apani madarajiloan (khyali) bhaee ya bahan ko varis chho de to unamean se har ek ka khas chijoan mean chhatha hissa hai aur agar usase jyada ho to sabake sab ek khas tihaee mean shariq raheange aur (ye sab) mayyat ne jisake bare mean vasiyat ki hai usaki tamil aur (adae) qarj qe bad magar h aau vah vasiyat (varisoan ko khvah makhvah) nuksan pahuanchane vali n ho (tab) ye vasiyat khuda ki taraf se hai aur khuda to har chiz ka janane vala aur burdabar hai

4:14 - aur jis shakhs se khuda v rasool ki nafaramani ki aur usaki hadoan se guzar gaya to bas khuda usako jahannum mean dakhil karega
4:15 - aur vah usamean hamesha apana kiya bhugatata rahega aur usake lie b di roosavaee ka azab hai aur tumhari auratoan mean se jo auratean badakari karean to unaki badakari par apane logoan mean se char gavahi lo aur phir agar charoan gavah usaki tasadiq karean to (usaki saza ye hai ki) unako gharoan mean band rakho yah aau tak ki maut a jae ya khuda unaki koee (doosari) rah nikale
4:16 - aur tum logoan mean se jinase badakari sarazad huee ho unako maro pito phir agar vah donoan (apani harakat se) tauba karean aur islah kar lean to unako chho d do beshak khuda b da tauba kubool karane vala meharaban hai

4:19 - ai eemanadaroan tumako ye jayaz nahian ki (apane muris ki) auratoan se (nikah kar) ke (khvah ma khvah) zabaradasti varis ban jao aur jo kuchh tumane unhean (shauhar ke tarke se) diya hai usamean se kuchh (apas se kuchh vapas lene ki niyat se) unhean doosare ke sath (nikah karane se) n roko h aau jab vah khullam khulla koee badakari karean to alabatta rokane mean (mazaeqa (harj)nahian) aur biviyoan ke sath achchha sulook karate raho aur agar tum kisi vajah se unhean napasand karo (to bhi sabr karo kyoanki) ajab nahian ki kisi chiz ko tum napasand karate ho aur khuda tumhare lie usamean bahut behatari kar de

4:25 - aur tumamean se jo shakhs azad iphfatadar auratoan se nikah karane ki mali haisiyat se qudarat n rakhata ho to vah tumhari un momina laundiyoan se jo tumhare kabze mean haian nikah kar sakata hai aur khuda tumhare eeman se khoob vaqif hai (eeman ki haisiyat se to) tumamean ek doosare ka hamajins hai pas (be tammul) unake malikoan ki ijazat se laundiyoan se nikah karo aur unaka mehar husne sulook se de do magar unhian (laundiyo) se nikah karo jo iphfat ke sath tumhari paband rahean n to khule am zina karana chahean aur n chori chhipe se ashanaee phir jab tumhari paband ho chuki usake bad koee badakari kare to jo saza azad biviyoan ko di jati hai usaki adhi (saza) laundiyoan ko di jaegi (aur laundiyoan) se nikah kar bhi sakata hai to vah shakhs jisako zina mean mubtila ho jane ka khauf ho aur sabr kare to tumhare haq mean jyada behatar hai aur khuda bakhshane vala meharaban hai
4:26 - khuda to ye chahata hai ki (apane) ehakam tum logoan se saf saf bayan kar de aur jo (achchhe) log tumase pahale guzar chuke haian unake tariqe par chala de aur tumhari tauba kubool kare aur khuda to (har chiz se) vaqif aur hikamat vala hai
4:27 - aur khuda to chahata hai ki tumhari tauba qubool
4:28 - kare aur jo log nafasiyani khvahish ke pichhe pade haian vah ye chahate haian ki tum log (rahe haq se) bahut door hat jao aur khuda chahata hai ki tumase bar mean takhafif kar dean kyoanki adami to bahut kamazor paida kiya gaya hai
4:29 - e eemanavaloan apas mean ek doosare ka mal nahaq n kha jaya karo lekin (h aau) tum logoan ki bahami razamandi se tijarat ho (aur usamean ek doosare ka mal ho to muzaeqa nahian) aur apana gala ap ghooant ke apani jan n do (kyoanki) khuda to zaroor tumhare hal par meharaban hai
4:30 - aur jo shakhs joro zulm se nahaq aisa karega (khudakushi karega) to (yad rahe ki) ham bahut jald usako jahannum ki ag mean jhoank deange yah khuda ke liye asan hai
4:31 - jin kamoan ki tumhean manahi ki jati hai agar unamean se tum gunahe kabira se bachate rahe to ham tumhare (sagira) gunahoan se bhi daraguzar kareange aur tumako bahut achchhi ijzat ki jagah pahuancha deange
4:32 - aur khuda ne jo tumamean se ek doosare par tarajih di hai usaki havas n karo (kyoanki fazilat to amal se hai) mardo ko apane kie ka hissa hai aur auratoan ko apane kie ka hissa aur ye aur bat hai ki tum khuda se usake phazal v karam ki khvahish karo khuda to har chize se vaqif hai
4:33 - aur maan bap (ya) aur qarabatadar (garaz) to shakhs jo taraka chho d jae hamane har ek ka (vali) varis muqarrar kar diya hai aur jin logoan se tumane mustahakam (pakka) ehad kiya hai unaka muqarrar hissa bhi tum de do beshak khuda to har chiz par gavah hai

4:35 - aur ai hukkam (vakt) agar tumhean miy aau bivi ki poori naittefaqi ka taraphain se andesha ho to ek salis (panch) mard ke kunabe mean se ek aur salis aurat ke kunabe mean muqarrar karo agar ye donoan salis donoan mean mel kara dena chahean to khuda un donoan ke daramiyan usaka achchha bandobast kar dega khuda to beshak vaqiph v khabaradar hai

4:44 - (ai rasool) kya toomane un logoan ke hal par nazar nahian ki jinhean kitabe khuda ka kuchh hissa diya gaya tha (magar) vah log (hidayat ke badale) gumarahi kharidane lage unaki ain murad yah hai ki tum bhi rahe rast se bahak jao
4:45 - aur khuda tumhare dushamanoan se khoob vaqif hai aur dosti ke lie bas khuda kafi hai aur himayat ke vaste bhi khuda hi kafi hai
4:46 - (ai rasool) yahood se kuchh log aise bhi haian jo batoan mean unake mahal v mauqe se her pher dal dete haian aur apani zabanoan ko maro dakar aur din par tanazani ki rah se tumase sameana v asaina (hamane suna aur nafaramani ki) aur vasama gaira musamin (tum meri suno khuda tumako n sunavae) raana mera khyal karo mere charavahe kaha karate haian aur agar vah isake badale sameana v ataana (hamane suna aur mana) aur isamaa (meri suno) aur (raana) ke evaz unajurana (hamapar nigah rakh) kahate to unake haq mean kahian behatar hota aur bilkul sidhi bat thi magar unapar to unake kufr ki vajah se khuda ki fitakar hai

4:50 - (ai rasool) zara dekho to ye log khuda par kaise kaise jhooth toofan jo date haian aur khullam khulla gunah ke vaste to yahi kafi hai
4:51 - (ai rasool) kya tumane un logoan ke (hal par) nazar nahian ki jinhean kitabe khuda ka kuchh hissa diya gaya tha aur (phir) shaitan aur butoan ka kalama padhane lage aur jin logoan ne kufr ikhteyar kiya hai unaki nisbat kahane lage ki ye to eeman lane valoan se jyada rahe rast par haian
4:52 - (ai rasool) yahi vah log haian jinapar khuda ne lanat ki hai aur jis par khuda ne lanat ki hai tum unaka madadagar haragiz kisi ko n paoge
4:53 - kya (duniya) ki saltanat mean kuchh unaka bhi hissa hai ki is vajah se logoan ko bhoosi bhar bhi n deange
4:54 - ya khuda ne jo apane fazal se (tum) logoan ko (quran) ata faramaya hai isake rashk par chale jate haian (to usaka kya ilaj hai) hamane to ibarahim ki aulad ko kitab aur akl ki batean ata faramayi haian aur unako bahut b di saltanat bhi di

4:58 - ai eemanadaroan khuda tumhean hukm deta hai ki logoan ki amanatean amanat rakhane valoan ke havale kar do aur jab logoan ke bahami jhag doan ka phaisala karane lago to insaf se phaisala karo (khuda tumako) isaki kya hi achchhi nasihat karata hai isamean to shak nahian ki khuda sabaki sunata hai (aur sab kuchh) dekhata hai
4:59 - ai eemanadaroan khuda ki itaat karo aur rasool ki aur jo tumamean se sahebane hukoomat hoan unaki itaat karo aur agar tum kisi bat mean jhag da karo pas agar tum khuda aur roze akhirat par eeman rakhate ho to is amr mean khuda aur rasool ki taraf roojoo karo yahi tumhare haq mean behatar hai aur anjam ki rah se bahut achchha hai
4:60 - (ai rasool) kya tumane un logoan ki (halat) par nazar nahian ki jo ye khyali pulao pakate haian ki jo kitab tujh par nazil ki gayi aur jo kitabean tum se pahale nazil ki gayi (sab par eeman hai) lae aur dili tamanna ye hai ki sarakashoan ko apana hakim banaean hal aauki unako hukm diya gaya ki usaki bat n manean aur shaitan to yah chahata hai ki unhean bahaka ke bahut door le jae
4:61 - aur jab unase kaha jata hai ki khuda ne jo kitab nazil ki hai usaki taraf aur rasool ki taraf roojoo karo to tum munafiqin ko dekhate ho ki tumase kis tarah muanh pher lete haian
