- sarakari ya sarvajanik karyakram men rashhtrapati ke agaman ke avasar par[11] aur in karyakramon se unake vida hone ke tathkal pahale.
- rashhtragan ko gane ke sabhi avasaron par samoohik gan ke sath isake poorn snshkaran ka uchhcharan kiya jaega.
- rashhtragan un avasaron par gaya jae, jo poori tarah se samaroh ke roop men n ho, tathapi inaka kuchh mahathv ho, jisamen mntriyon adi ki upasthiti shamil hai. in avasaron par rashhtragan ko gane ke sath[12] samoohik roop se gayan vanchhit hota hai.
