vishv bauddhik sampada divas (angrezi: World Intellectual Property Day) vishv bauddhik sampada sngathan (WIPO) ke tatvavadhan men prativarsh isake sthapana divas par 26 aprail ko manaya jata hai. isaka divas ko manaye jane ka uddeshy bauddhik sampada ke adhikaron (petent, tredamark, indastriyal dijaeen, kaaupirait) adi ke prati logon ko jagaruk karana hai.

bauddhik snpada shabd par kuchh apattiyan is tark par adharit hai ki snpada keval yatharthatah pratidvndvi vastuon par hi lagoo ho sakati hai (ya ki koee bhi is tarah ki snpada ka “svamitv” nahin rakh sakata) choonki ek gair pratidvndvi vastu ka upayog (udaharan ke lie naqal) bahut se log ek hi samay men kar sakate hain (nyoonatam simant lagat ke sath utpadit) isalie utpadakon ko is prakar ke karyon ko sthapit karane ke lie paise ke alava protsahan ki zaroorat ho sakati hai. isake viparit, ekadhikar men akushalata bhi hai. atah bauddhik snpada adhikaron ki sthapana ek len-den ko darshati hai, jo gair pratidvndvi vastuon ke nirman men (unake utpadan ko badhava dekar) ekadhikar shakti ki samasyaon ke sath, samaj ke hit ko sntulit karata hai. choonki len-den aur prasngik labh aur samaj ke lie usaki lagat bahut se karakon par nirbhar karegi, jo har samaj aur utpad ke lie vishisht hai, vah ishtatam samayavadhi jisake dauran asthayi ekadhikar adhikar bane rahane chahie, aspasht hai.[1]
