vishal mandir

jagannath ke vishal mandir ke bhitar char khanh‍d haian -

  1. pratham bhogamandir, jisamean bhagavan ko bhog lagaya jata hai.
  2. dvitiy rangamandir, jisamean nrith‍y-gan adi hote haian.
  3. tritiy sabhamanh‍dap, jisamean darshakagan (tirth yatri) baithate haian.
  4. chautha aantaral hai.

  • jaganh‍nath ke mandir ka guanbad 192 phut ooancha aur chavakr tatha dhh‍vaj se achh‍chhanh‍n hai. mandir samudr tat se 7 pharlaang door hai. yah satah se 20 phut ooanchi ek chhoti si paha di par sh‍thit hai. paha di golakar hai, jise 'nilagiri' kahakar samh‍manit kiya jata hai. anh‍taral ke prath‍yek taraph ek b da dvar hai, unamean poorv ka dvar sabase b da aur bhavh‍y hai. pravesh dvar par ek 'brihath‍kay sianh' hai, isilie is dvar ko 'sianh dvar' bhi kaha jata hai.

das divasiy mahotsav

puri ka jagannath mandir ke das divasiy mahotsav ki taiyari ka shriganesh akshay tritiya ko shrikrishna, balaram aur subhadra ke rathoan ke nirman se ho jata hai. kuchh dharmik anushthan bhi kie jate haian.

garu dadhvaj

jagannath ji ka rath 'garu dadhvaj' ya 'kapiladhvaj' kahalata hai. 16 pahiyoan vala yah rath 13.5 mitar ooancha hota hai jisamean lal v pile rang ke vastr ka prayog hota hai. vishnu ka vahak garu़ d isaki raksha karata hai. rath par jo dhvaj hai, use 'trailokyamohini' ya ‘nandighosh’ rath kahate haian.

taladhvaj

balaram ka rath 'taladhvaj' ke nam se pahachana jata hai. yah rath 13.2 mitar ooancha 14 pahiyoan ka hota hai. yah lal, hare rang ke kap़ de v laq di ke 763 tuq doan se bana hota hai. rath ke rakshak vasudev aur sarathi matali hote haian. rath ke dhvaj ko 'unani' kahate haian. 'tribra', ;ghora', 'dirghasharma' v 'svarnanava' isake ashv haian. jis rassi se rath khiancha jata hai, vah 'vasuki' kahalata hai.

padmadhvaj ya darpadalan

'guandicha mandir' vahian hai, jahaan vishvakarma ne tinoan dev pratimaoan ka nirman kiya tha. ise 'guandicha ba di' bhi kahate haian. yah bhagavan ki mausi ka ghar bhi mana jata hai. sooryast tak yadi koee rath guandicha mandir nahian pahuanch pata to vah agale din yatra poori karata hai. guandicha mandir mean bhagavan ek saptah pravas karate haian. is bich inaki pooja archana yahian hoti hai.

bahu da yatra

ashadh shukl dashami ko jagannath ji ki vapasi yatra shuroo hoti hai. ise bahu da yatra kahate haian. sham se poorv hi rath jagannath mandir tak pahuanch jate haian. jahaan ek din pratimaean bhaktoan ke darshan ke lie rath mean hi rakhi rahati haian. agale din pratimaoan ko mantrochchar ke sath mandir ke garbhagrih mean pun: sthapit kar diya jata hai. mandir mean bhagavan jagannath, balabhadr evan subhadra ki saumy pratimaoan ko shraddhalu ekadam nikat se dekh sakate hai. bhakt evan bhagavan ke bich yahaan koee doori nahian rakhi jati. kashth ki bani in pratimaoan ko bhi kuchh varsh bad badalane ki paranpara hai. jis varsh adhimas roop mean ashadh mah atirikt hota hai us varsh bhagavan ki nee moortiyaan banaee jati haian. yah avasar bhi utsav ke roop mean manaya jata hai. purani moortiyoan ko mandir parisar mean hi samadhi di jati hai.[2]

puranoan ke anusar

jagannathapuri ka varnan skand puran, narad puran, padm puran aur brahm puran mean milata hai. jagannath mandir ke niji bhrith‍yoan ki ek sena hai jo 36 roopoan tatha 97 vargoan mean vibhajit kar di gayi hai. pahale inake pradhan khurd ke raja the jo apane ko jaganh‍nath ka bhrith‍y samajhate the. kashi ki tarah jagannath dham mean bhi panch tirth haian -

  1. markanh‍dey
  2. vat (krishh‍n)
  3. balaram

markanh‍dey ki katha brahmapuran [3] mean varnit hai. vishnu ne markanh‍dey se jaganh‍nath ke uth‍tar mean shiv ka mandir tatha setu banavane ko kaha tha. kuchh samay ke uparanh‍t yah 'markanh‍dey setu' ke nam se vikhh‍yat ho gaya. brahm puran ke anusar tirthayatri ko 'markanh‍dey setu' mean sh‍nan karake tin bar sir jhukana tatha mantr padhana chahie. tath‍pashh‍chat use tarpan karana tatha shivamandir jana chahie.

shiv ke poojan mean 'om namah shivay' namak mool mantr ka uchh‍charan ath‍yavashh‍yak hai. aghor tatha pauranik mantroan ka bhi uchh‍charan hona chahie. tath‍pashh‍chat use vat vriksh par jakar usaki tin bar parikrama karani aur mantr se pooja karani chahie. brahmapuran [4] ke anusar vat sh‍vayan krishh‍n haian. vah bhi ek prakar ka 'kalh‍pavriksh' hi hai. tirth yatri ko shrikrishna ke samaksh sh‍thit garu d ki pooja karani chahie aur tab krishh‍n, subhadra tatha sankarshan ke prati mantrochh‍charan karana chahie. brahmapuran [5] shrikrishh‍n ke bhakh‍tipoorn darshan se moksh ka vidhan karata hai.

puri mean samudr sh‍nan ka b da mahath‍v hai, par yah moolatah poornima ke din hi adhik mahath‍vapoorn hai. tirthayatri ko inh‍dradyumh‍n setu mean sh‍nan karana, devataoan ka tarpan karana tatha rrishi pitaroan ko pinh‍dadan karana chahie. brahmapuran [6] mean inh‍dradyamh‍n setu ke kinare sat dinoan ki gunh‍dicha yatra ka ulh‍lekh hai. yah krishh‍n sankarshan tatha subhadra ke manh‍dap mean hi poori hoti hai. aisa bataya jata hai ki gunh‍dicha jaganh‍nath ke vishal mandir se lagabhag do mil door jaganh‍nath ke vishal mandir mean lagabhag do mil door jaganh‍nath ka grishh‍makalin bhavan hai. yah shabh‍d sanbhavatah ghunh‍di se liya gaya hai jisaka arth bangala tatha u diya mean moti lak di ka kuanda hota hai. yah lak di ka kuanda ek pauranik katha ke anusar samudr mean bahate hue inh‍dradyumh‍n ko mila tha. purushoth‍tam kshetr mean dharmik ath‍maghat ka bhi brahmapuran mean ulh‍lekh hai.

vat vriksh par chadhakar ya usake niche ya samudr mean, ichh‍chha ya anichh‍chha se, jaganh‍nath ke marg mean, jaganath kshetr ki kisi gali mean ya kisi bhi sh‍thal par jo pran th‍yag karata hai vah nishh‍chay hi moksh praph‍t karata hai. brahmapuran [7] ke anusar yah tin guna sath‍y hai ki yah sh‍thal param mahanh hai. purushoth‍tam tirth mean ek bar jane ke uparaant vh‍yakh‍ti punah garbh mean nahian jata.[8]

brahmapuran ke anusar katha

brahmapuran ke 43 tatha 44 adhh‍yaoan mean malava sh‍thit ujjayini [9] ke raja inh‍dradyumh‍n ka vivaran hai. raja inh‍dradyumh‍n b da vidvanh tatha pratapi raja tha. sabhi ved shash‍troan ke adhh‍yayan ke uparanh‍t vah is nishh‍karsh par pahuancha ki vasudev sarvashreshh‍th devata haian. phalatah vah apani sari sena, panditoan tatha kisanoan ke sath vasudev kshetr mean gaya. das yojan lamh‍be tatha paanch yojan chau de is 'vasudev sh‍thal' par usane apana khaima lagaya. isake poorv is dakshini samudr tat par ek 'vatavriksh' tha jisake samip 'purushoth‍tam' ki inh‍dranil mani ki bani huee moorti thi. kalakram se yah baluka se achh‍chhanh‍n ho gayi aur usi mean nimagh‍n ho gayi. us sh‍thal par jha‌ diyaan aur pe d paudhe ug aye. inh‍dradyumh‍n ne vahaan ek ashvamedh yajn karake ek bahut b de mandir ka nirman karaya. us mandir mean bhagavan vasudev ki ek suandar moorti prati‌shh‍thit karane ki use chianta huee. skand puran ke upabhag 'uth‍kalakhanh‍d' mean inh‍dradyumh‍n ki katha 'purushoth‍tam mahath‍mh‍y' ke anh‍targat kuchh parivartanoan ke sath di gayi hai. isase yahi nishh‍karsh nikalata hai ki prachin kal mean purushoth‍tam kshetr ko 'nilachanl' nam se abhihit kiya gaya tha aur krishna ki pooja uth‍tar bharat mean hoti thi.

maitrayani upanishad[10] se inh‍dradyumh‍n ke chakravarti hone ka pata chalata hai. satavian shatabh‍di ee0 se vahaan baudghoan ke vikas ka bhi pata chalata hai. samh‍prati jaganh‍nath tirth ka pavitr sh‍thal 20 phut ooancha, 652 phut lanba tatha 630 phut chau da hai. isamean eeshh‍var ke vividh roopoan ke 120 mandir haian, 13 mandir shiv ke, kuchh parvati ke tatha ek mandir soory ka hai. hiandoo ash‍tha ke prayah prath‍yek roop yahaan milate haian. brahmapuran ke anusar jaganathapuri mean shaivoan aur vaishh‍navoan ke parash‍parik sangharsh nashh‍t ho jate haian.[8]

pauranik katha

pauranik katha ke anusar, in moortiyoan ki pran pratishtha raja indradyumn ne mantrochcharan v vidhi - vidhan se ki thi. maharaj indradyumn malava ki rajadhani avanti se apana raj–pat chalate the. bhagavan jagannath ki rathayatra pratyek varsh ashadh mas mean shukl dvitiya ko hoti hai. yah ek vistrit samaroh hai, jisamean bharat ke vibhinn bhagoan se ae log sahabhagi hote haian. das din tak yah parv manaya jata hai. is yatra ko 'gundiy yatra' bhi kaha jata hai. gundich ka mandir bhi hai.

narad ji ko varadan

mata rohini ne jaise hi katha kahana shuroo kiya, achanak shrikrishna aur balaram mahal ki or ate hue dikhaee die. subhadra ne unhean dvar par hi rok liya, kiantu shrikrishna aur radha ki rasalila ki katha shrikrishna aur balaram dono ko hi sunaee di. usako sunakar shrikrishna aur balaram adbhut premaras ka anubhav karane lage, subhadra bhi bhavavihval ho gayi.

achanak narad ke ane se ve poorvavat ho ge. narad ne shri bhagavan se prarthana ki ki - 'he prabhu apake jis 'mahabhav' mean lin moortisth roop ke maianne darshan kie haian, vah samanyajan ke hetu prithvi par sadaiv sushobhit rahe. prabhu ne tathastu kaha.
