snvaran soory dev ko pranam karate hue bole- "dev! mujhe apaki putri tapati ko chhodakar aur kuchh nahin chahie. kripa karake mujhe tapati ko dekar mere jivan ko kritarth kijie." bhagavan soory dev ne prasannata ki mudra men uttar diya- "snvaran, main sab kuchh janata hoon. tapati bhi tumase prem karati hai. aj se tapati tumhari hai." soory dev ne apani putri tapati ka snvaran ke sath vidhivat vivah kar diya. snvaran tapati ko lekar usi parvat par rahane lage aur patni ko prapt karane ke bad rag-rng men apani praja ko bhi bhool gaye.[1]

rajy men akal

kuru ka janm

mntri ke mukh se apane rajy aur praja ka yah hal sunakar snvaran ka hriday kanp utha. vah uthakar khada ho gaya aur bola- "meri praja ka yah hal hai aur main yahan mad men pada hua hoon. mujhe dhikkar hai. mntri ji! main apaka kritgy hoon, apane mujhe jagakar bahut achchha kiya." snvaran tapati ke sath apani rajadhani pahuncha. usake rajadhani men pahunchate hi joron ki varsha prarambh ho gee. sookhi huee prithvi hariyali se dhak gee. akal door ho gaya. praja sukh aur shanti ke sath jivan vyatit karane lagi. vah snvaran ko paramatma aur tapati ko devi manakar donon ki pooja karane lagi. kuchh samay pashchath snvaran aur tapati se ek putr ka janm hua, jisaka nam 'kuru' rakha gaya. kuru bhi apane mata-pita ke saman hi pratapi aur punyatma the. age chalakar unake nam se 'kuru vnsh' prarambh hua.[1]
