  • krishn yajurved se sambandhit is upanishad ke mantr 'tattv-gyan' ke prati bandhak ghatakon ko katane men kshurika (chhuri-chaqoo) ke saman samarth hain. yog ke ashtangon men se 'dharana' ang ki siddhi aur usake pratiphal ki yahan vishesh roop se charcha ki gayi hai. isamen kul pachchis mantr hain.
  • yahan kaha gaya hai ki sabase pahale yog-sadhana ke lie svachchh asan aur sthan par baithakar 'pranayam' ki vishesh kriyaon- poorak, kumbh aur rechak-ka abhyas karake sharir ke sabhi marmasthanon men pran ka snchar karana chahie. usake uparant niche se oopar ki or uthate hue 'brahmarandhr' men sthit parabrahm tak pahunchane ka prayas karana chahie.
  • rishi ka kahana hai ki yog ki siddhi ke lie 'dharana-roopi' chhuri ka prayog karana chahie. isase jiv avagaman ke bandhan se mukt ho jata hai. 'dharana' ke prabhav se sansarik bandhan chhinn-bhinn ho jate hain.
  • 'dhyanayog' ke dvara samast nadiyon ko chhedan kiya ja sakata hai, kintu sushumna nadi ka nahin, parantu yogi purush dharana-roopi chhuri se saikadon nadiyon ka bhi chhedan kar sakata hai. vairagy-roopi patthar par 'Omkar' yukt pranayam se ghisakar tez ki gayi dharana-roopi chhuri se sansarik vishay-bhogon ke samastr sootron ko kat dena chahie. tabhi vah amritv prapt kar sakata hai.
  • jis prakar makadi apane dvara nirmit atisookshm tantuon par gatishil rahati hai, usi prakar pran ka snchar samast nadiyon ke bhitar hona chahie. pran ki gatishilata yog-sadhana se hi tvarit ki ja sakati hai. tab pranatattv sharir ki samast nadiyon ka bhedan karate hue 'atmatattv' tak pahunchane men saphal ho pata hai. jaise dipak bujhane ke samay, arthath pranotsarg ke samay, tel-bati jalakar nasht ho jati hai aur dipak ki jyoti paramatattv men vilin ho jati hai, usi prakar atm-gyan ke samay sadhana se sabhi sansarik bandhan katakar gir jate hain aur pranatattv atma ke sath snyukt hokar 'parabrahma' ke pas pahunch jata hai.
