krishn yajurved shakha ka yah upanishad taittiriy aranyak ka ek bhag hai. is aranyak ke sataven, athaven aur nauven adhyayon ko hi upanishad ki manyata prapt hain is upanishad ke rachayita taittiri rishi the. isamen tin valliyan- 'shikshavalli,' 'brahmanandavalli' aur 'bhriguvalli' hain. in tin valliyon ko kramash: barah, nau tath das anuvakon men vibhajit kiya gaya hai. jo sadhak 'gyan,' 'karm' aur upasana' ke dvara is bhavasagar se par utar kar moksh ki prapti karata hai athava yogik-sadhana ke dvara 'brahm' ke tin 'vaishvanar', 'tejas' aur 'prgyan' svaroopon ko jan pata hai aur sachchidanand svaroop men avagahan karata hai, vahi 'tittiri' hai. vahi moksh ka adhikari hai.

shikshavalli

is valli men adhilok, adhijyotish, adhividya, adhipraj aur adhyatm, panch mahasnhitaon ka varnan kiya gaya hai. sadhanakram men 'Om' tatha 'bhoo:', 'bhuv:', 'sv:' tatha 'mah:' adi vyahritiyon ka mahattv darshaya gaya hai. ant men adhyayan aur adhyapan karane ke lie sadachar sambandhi maryada sootron ka ullekh karake, vicharon ke sath acharan ki mahatta par prakash dala gaya hai.
pahala anuvak
is anuvak men mitr, varun, aryama (soory), indr, brihaspati, vishnu, vayu aur brahmadev ko naman karake unase trividh tapon- adhyatmik, adhidaivik aur adhibhautik shanti- ki raksha karane ki prarthana ki gayi hai.
doosara anuvak
is anuvak men shiksha ke sar tattvon- varn, svar, matra, bal, sam, sandhi tatha chhand adi- ke mahattv ka pratipadan kiya gaya hai. vaidik sahity men inaki shiksha ka vishesh ullekh hai.
tisara anuvak
is anuvak men shishy aur achary ke yash aur bahmatej ko sath-sath badhane ki prarthana aur panch mahasnhitaon ki vyakhya ki gayi hai.

  1. adhilok snhita— isaka poorv roop 'prithvi, 'uttar roop 'dyulok' aur donon ka sandhi sthal 'antariksh' hai. 'vayu' snyojak roop hai.
  2. adhijyotish (jyoti)snhita— poorv roop 'agni, 'uttar roop 'soory,' 'jal' sandhi roop hai. 'vidyut' snyojak hai.
  3. adhividya snhita— poorv roop 'guru,'uttar roop 'shishy, ' 'vidya' sandhi roop hai. 'pravachan' snyojak hai.
  4. adhipraj (praja) snhita— poorv roop 'mata,'uttar roop 'pita' aur 'santan' sandhi roop hai. 'prajanan karm' snyojak hai.
  • adhyatm (atma) snhita- poorv roop niche ka 'jabada' uttar roop oopar ka 'jabada' aur 'vani' sandhi roop hai. 'jihva' snyojak hai.
  • samany roop se varnon ke samooh ko snhita kahate hain. virat ikaiyon- lok, jyoti, vidya (gyan), praja (santati), atma adi ke snyojit samoohon ka ullekh kiye jane ke karan hi inhen 'mahasnhita' kaha gaya hai.
  • jo sadhak in mahasnhitaon ke saratattv ko jan leta hai, vah samast lokon, jyoti, gyan, praja, pashu, brahmavarchasv, annadi bhogy padarthon se sampann ho jata hai.

chautha anuvak
is anuvak men sarvaroop, vedon men sarvashreshth upasy dev 'indr' ki upasana karate hue rishi kahate hain ki ve unhen amrit-svaroop paramatma ko dharan karane vala medha-sampann banayen. sharir men sphoorti, jihva men madhury aur kanon men shubh vachan pradan karen. unhen sabhi logon men yashasvi, dhanavan aur brahmgyani banayen. unake pas jo shishy ayen, ve brahmachari, kapatahin, gyanechchhu aur man ka nigrah karane vale hon. isi ke lie ve ygy men unake nam ki ahutiyan dete hain.
panchavan anuvak is anuvak men 'bhoo:, bhuv:, ' 'sv:' aur 'mah:' ki vyakhya ki gayi hai. 'mah:' hi brahm ka svaroop hai. vahi sabhi vedan ka gyan deta hai.

  • 'bhoo:' – prithvi, agni, rigved aur pran hai.
  • 'bhuv:' – antariksh, vayu, samaved aur apan hai.
  • 'sv:' – svargalok, adity, yajurved aur vyan hai.
  • 'mah:' - 'adity' (brahm), chandrama, brahm aur ann hai.

ek vyahriti ke char-char bhed hain. ye kul solah hain jo inhen thik prakar se jan leta hai, vah 'brahm' ko jan leta hai. sabhi devagan usake anukool ho jate hain.
chhatha anuvak is anuvak men puratan purush 'parabrahm' ki upasana ka yog bataya gaya hai. vah amrit-roop aur prakash-svaroop param purush hriday sthit akash men virajaman hai. hamare kapal men 'brahmarandhr' indr yoni ke roop men sthit hai. nirvan ke samay sadhak 'bhoo:' svaroop agni men pravesh karata hai, bhuv: svaroop vayu men pratishthit hota hai aur phir 'sv:' svaroop aditty men hokar 'mah:', arthath 'brahm' men adhishthit ho jata hai. vah sampoorn indriyon aur vigyan ka svami ho jata hai.
satavan anuvak
is anuvak men 'panch tattvon' ka vividh pnktiyon men ullekh kiya hai aur unhen ek-doosare ka poorak mana hai.

  • lok pnkti— prithvi, antariksh, dyulok, dishaen aur avantar dishaen.
  • nakshatr pnkti— agni, vayu, adity, chandrama aur samast nakshatr.
  • adhibhautik pnkti— jal, aushadhiyan, vanaspatiyan, akash aur atma.
  • adhyatmik pnkti— pran, vyan, apan, udan aur saman.
  • indriyon ki pnkti— chakshu, shrotr, man, vani aur tvacha.
  • sharirik pnkti— charm, mans, nadi, haddi aur majja.

rishi ne bataya hai ki yah sab pnktiyon ka samooh, pnktiyon ki hi poorti karata hai. sabhi paraspar ek-doosare ki poorak hote hue ek sahayogi ki bhanti kary karati hain.
athavan anuvak
is anuvak men 'Om' ko hi 'brahm' mana gaya hai aur usi ke dvara 'brahm' ko prapt karane ki bat kahi gayi hai. achary 'Om' ko hi pratyaksh jagath manate hain aur usake uchcharan athava smaran ke uparant sam-gan tatha shastr-sandhan karate hain. 'Om' ke dvara hi agnihotr kiya jata hai.
nauvan anuvak

  • is anuvak men rishi ne acharan aur saty vani ke sath-sath shastr ke adhyayan aur adhyapan karane par bal dala hai. taduparant indriy-daman, man-nigrah aur gyanarjan par vishesh prakash dala hai. praja ki vriddhi ke sath-sath shastr-adhyayan bhi karana chahie.
  • rathitar rishi ke putr satyavacha rishi 'saty' ko sarvashreshth manate hain. aur rishivar purooshisht ke putr taponity rishi 'tap' ko sarvashreshth manate hain tatha rishi mudgal ke putr nam muni shastron ke adhyayan aur adhyapan par bal dalate hue use hi sarvashreshth tap manate hain. is prakar svadhyay ki avashyakata par bal diya gaya hai.

dasavan anuvak
is anuvak men trishnku rishi apane gyan-anubhav dvara svayn ko hi amrit-svaroop is vishv-roopi vriksh ke gyata siddh karate hain aur apane yash ko sabase oonche giri shikhar se bhi ooncha manate hain. ve svayn ko amrit-svaroop annotpadak soory men vyapt manate hain yahan rishi ki sthiti vahi hai, jab ek brahmavetta, brahm se sakshatkar karane ke uparant svayn ko hi 'aham brahmasmi', arthath 'main hi brahm hoon' kahane lagata hai. advait bhav se vah 'brahm' se alag nahin hota.
gyarahavan anuvak
is anuvak men guru apane shishy aur samajik grihasth ko sad acharanon par chalane ki prerana deta hai. vah kahata hai-

  • 'satyn vad. dharmn char . svadhyayanma pramad:.' arthath saty bolo, dharm ka acharan karo, svadhyay men alasy mat karo.
  • apane shreshth karmon se sadhak ko kabhi man nahin churana chahie. achary ke lie abhisht dhan ki vyavastha karane ka sada prayatn karana chahie aur srishti ke vikas men sada sahayogi banana chahie. achary kahate hain-

'matri devo bhav. pitri devo bhav. achary devo bhav. atithi devon bhav.' arthath mata ko, pita ko, achary ko aur atithi ko devata ke saman manakar unake sath vyavahar karo.

  • yah bharatiy snskriti ki uchchata hai ki yahan mata-pita aur guru tatha atithi ko bhi devata ke saman samman diya jata hai.
  • yahan 'dan' ki vishisht parampara hai. dan sadaiv maitri-bhav se hi dena chahie tatha karm, acharan aur dosh adi men lanchhit hone ka bhay, yadi utpann ho jaye, to sadaiv vicharashil, paramarshashil, acharananishth, nirmal buddhi vale kisi dharmanishth vyakti se paramarsh lena chahie.
  • jisane lok-vyavahar aur dharmacharan ko apane jivan men utar liya, vahi vyakti moh aur bhay se mukt hokar uchit paramarsh de sakata hai. shreshth jivan ke ye shreshth siddhant hi upasana ke yogy hain.

barahavan anuvak
is anuvak men pun: mitr, varun, aryama (soory), indr, brihaspati, vishnu, vayu adi devon ki upasana karate hue unase kalyan tatha shanti ki kamana ki gayi hai; kyonki ve hi 'saty' hain aur 'brahm' hain. ve hi hamari raksha kar sakate hain aur hamare tin prakar ke tapon ko shant kar sakate hain. ye tray tap hain- adhyatmik, adhidaivik aur adhibhautik. kramash: eeshvar sambandhi, devata sambandhi aur sharir sambandhi du:kh.

brahmanandavalli

isamen bataya gaya hai ki eeshvar hriday men virajaman hai. yahan sharir men sthit panch- 'annamay,' 'pranamay,' 'manomay,' 'vigyanamay' aur 'anandamay' koshon ka mahattv darshaya gaya hai. anand ki mimansa laukik anand se lekar brahmanand tak ki gayi hai. yah bhi bataya gaya hai ki sachchidanand-svaroop parabrahm ka sannidhy kaun sadhak prapt kar sakate hain.
pahala anuvak

  • is anuvak men kaha gaya hai ki brahmavetta sadhak hi parabrahm ke sannidhy ko prapt kar pata hai aur vishisht gyan-svaroop us brahm ke sath samast bhogon ka anand prapt karata hai.
  • sarvapratham paramatma se akashatattv prakat hua. usake bad akash se vayu, vayu se agni, agni se jal, jal se prithvi, prithvi se aushadhiyan, aushadhiyon se ann tatha ann se purush ka vikas hua. purush men hi ann ka ras vidyaman hai. atma usake madhy bhag, arthath hriday men nivas karati hai. brahmavet sadhak hriday men sthit isi 'atma' ki upasana karake 'parabrahm' tak pahunchata hai.

tisara anuvak
is anuvak men 'pranamay kosh' ka varnan hai. pran hi kisi bhi sharir ki jivani-shakti hota hai. jo pran-roopi brahm ki upasana karate hain, ve dirgh jivan pate hain. yahi annamay sharir ka 'atma' hai. is deh ka sir 'yajurved' hai, 'rigved' dahina pnkh hai, ' samaved' bayan pnkh hai. aur adesh us deh ka madhy bhag hai. 'atharv' ke mantr hi isaka poonchh vala bhag hai.
chautha anuvak is anuvak men sharir ke 'manomay kosh' ka varnan hai. jis brahmanand ki anubhooti man men ki jati hai, use vani dvara prakat nahin kiya ja sakata. yah manomay sharir apane poorvavarti pranamay sharir ka atma hai, arthath adhar hai. is manomay sharir se bhinn atma vigyanamay hai, jo is manomay sharir men sthit hai. vigyanamay deh ka sir 'shraddha' hai, sanatan saty (rit) usaka dahina pnkh hai, pratyaksh 'saty' bayan pnkh hai, 'yog' madhy bhag hai, 'mah:' ko usaki poonchh vala bhag mana gaya hai. use janane vala sabhi bhayon se mukt ho jata hai.
panchavan anuvak
is anuvak men sharir ke 'vigyanamay kosh' ka varnan hai. vigyan ke dvara hi ygyon aur karmon ki vriddhi hoti hai. samast devagan vigyan ko brahm-roop men manakar usaki upasana karate hain. vigyanamay sharir men 'atma' hi brahm-roop hai. 'prem' us vigyanamay sharir ka sir hai, 'amod' dahina pnkh hai, 'pramod' bayan pnkh hai, 'anand' madhy bhag hai aur 'brahm' hi usaki poonchh, arthath adhar hai. use janane vala samast papon se mukt ho jata hai.
chhatha anuvak
is anuvak men 'anandamay kosh' ki vyakhya ki gayi hai. brahm ko 'saty' svikar karane vale sant kahalate hain. vigyanamay sharir ka 'atma' hi anandamay sharir ka bhi 'atma' hai. paramatma anek roopon men apane apako prakat karata hai. usane jagath ki rachana ki aur usi men pravisht ho gaya. vah varny aur avarny se pare ho gaya. kisi ne use 'nirakar' roop mana, to kisi ne 'sakar' roop. apani-apani kalpanaen hone lagin. vah ashray-roop aur ashrayavihin ho gaya, chaitany aur jad ho gaya. vah saty roop hote hue bhi mithya-roop ho gaya. parantu vidvanon ka kahana hai ki jo kuchh bhi anubhav men ata hai, vahi 'saty' hai, parabrahm hai, parameshvar hai.
satavan anuvak is anuvak men srishti ke rachayita parabrahm se 'srikrit,' arthath puny-svaroop kaha gaya hai. prarambh men vah avyakt hi tha, parantu bad men usane apani ichchha se svayn ko jagat-roop men utpann kiya. vahi 'jagat-ras' arthath anand hai. usi ke karan jivan hai aur samast cheshtaen hain. jab tak jivatma, paramatma se alag rahata hai, tabhi tak vah dukhi rahata hai.
athavan anuvak

  • is anuvak men 'anand' ki vistrit vyakhya ki gayi hai. kamanaon se yukt anand ki prapti, vastavik anand nahin hai. keval laukik anand ki prapti kar lena hi anand nahin hai, usake lie samagr vyaktitv ka shreshth hona bhi param avashyak hai.
  • rishi kahata hai ki yah charachar jagath brahm ke bhay se hi kriyarat hai. vayu soory, agni, indr, mrityudev yam, sabhi usake bhay se karmon men pravritt hain.
  • is prithvi par jo laukik anand prapt hota hai, vah ek sadharan anand hai. manushyalok ke aise sau anand manav-gandharvalok ke ek anand ke barabar hain. manav-gandharvalok ke sau anand, dev-gandharvalok ke ek anand ke saman hai. dev-gandharvalok ke sau anand pitrilok ke ek anand ke saman, pitrilok ke sau anand sngyk devon ke ek anand ke saman, sngyk devon ki sau anand karmak dev sngyk devon ke ek anand ke saman, karmak dev sngyk devon ke sau anand devon ke ek anand ke saman, devon ke sau anand indr ke ek anand ke saman, indr ke sau anand brihaspati ke ek anand ke saman tatha dev prajapati brihaspati ke sau anand brahm ke ek anand ke barabar hain.
  • parantu jo kamanarahit sadhak hai, use ye anand sahaj roop se hi prapt ho jate hain. jo 'brahm' is manushy ke sharir men vidyaman hai, vahi 'soory' men hai. jo sadhak is rahasy ko jan jata hai, vah annamay atma se vigyanamay atma tak ka marg karake 'anandamay atma' ko prapt kar leta hai.

navan anuvak
is anuvak men brahma ka bodh kar lene vale sadhak ko pap-puny ke bhay se door bataya gaya hai. jis 'brahm' ki anubhooti man ke sath hoti hai aur jise vani dvara abhivyakt nahin kiya ja sakata, use jab koee sadhak apani sadhana se jan leta hai, tab use kisi bat ki bhi chinta athava bhay nahin satata. jo vidvanh pap-puny ke karmon ko saman bhav se janata hai, vah papon se apani raksha karane men poori tarah samarth hota hai. jo vidvanh pap-puny, donon hi karmon ke bandhan ko jan leta hai, vah donon men asakt n hokar apani raksha karane men samarth hota hai.

bhriguvalli

isamen rishivar bhrigu ki brahmaparak jigyasa ka samadhan unake pita maharshi varun dvara kiya jata hai. ve unhen tattvgyan ka bodh karane ke uparant, sadhana dvara use svayn anubhav karane ke lie kahate hain. tab ve svayn ann, pran, man, vigyan aur anand ko brahm-roop men anubhav karate hain. aisa anubhav ho jane par maharshi varun unhen ashirvad dete hain aur annadi ka durupayog n karake use suniyojit roop se vitaran karane ki pranali samajhate hain. ant men paramatma ke prati sadhak ke bhavon aur usake samatayukt udgaron ka ullekh karate hain.
pahala anuvak
is anuvak men bhrigu varuni apane pita varun ke pas jakar 'brahm' ke bare men poochhate hain. varun unhen batate hain ki ann, pran, chakshu, shrotr, man aur vani- ye sabhi brahm ki prapti ke sadhan hain. ye sare prani, jisase janm lete hain, usi men lay ho jate hain. vahi 'brahm' hai. use sadhana dvara janane ka prayas karo. is prakar janakar bhrigu tap karane chale gaye.
doosara anuvak
tap ke bad unhen bodh hua ki 'ann' hi brahm hai; kyonki ann se hi jivan hai aur ann ke n milane se mrityu ko prapt jiv ann (prithvi) men hi sama jata hai. unake pita varun ne bhi unaki soch ka samarthan kiya, kintu abhi aur sochane ke lie kaha. tap se hi 'brahm' ko jana ja sakata hai.
tisara anuvak
pun: tap karane ke bad bhrigu ko bodh hua ki 'pran' hi brahm hai; kyonki usi se jivan hai aur usi men jivan ka lay hai. milane par varun rishi ne apane putr ki soch ka samarthan kiya, kintu abhi sochane ke lie kaha. tap se hi 'brahm' ko jana ja sakata hai.
chautha anuvak
bhrigu dvara pun: tapasya karane par unhen bodh hua ki 'man' hi brahm hai, kintu varun rishi ne unhen aur tap karane ke lie kaha ki tap se hi 'tattv' ko jana ja sakata hai. tap hi 'brahm' hai.
panchava anuvak
bhrigu rishi phir tap karane lage. tap ke bad unhonne jana ki 'vigyan' hi 'brahm' hai. varun rishi ne usaki soch ka samarthan to kiya, par use aur tap karane ke lie kaha. tap hi 'brahm' hai. usi se tattv ko jana ja sakata hai.
chhatha anuvak
is bar tap karane ke pashchath bhrigu muni ne jana ki 'anand' hi 'brahm' hai. sab prani isi se utpann hote hain, jivit rahate hain aur mrityu hone par isi men sama jate hain. is bar varun rishi ne use bataya ki ve 'brahmgyan' se poorn ho gaye hain. jis samay sadhak 'brahm' ke 'anand-svaroop' ko jan jata hai, us samay vah prachur ann, pachan-shakti, praja, pashu, brahmavarchas tatha mahanh kirti se samapnn hokar mahanh kahalata hai. rishi unhen batate hain ki shreshthatam 'brahmavidya' kisi vyakti-vishesh men sthit nahin hai. yah param vyom (akash) men sthit hai. ise sadhana dvara hi jana ja sakata hai. koee bhi sadhak ise jan sakata hai.
satavan anuvak
rishi ne kaha ki ann ki kabhi ninda nahin karani chahie. 'pran' hi ann hai. sharir men pran hai aur yah sharir pran ke ashray men hai. ann men hi ann ki pratishtha hai. jo sadhak is marm ko samajh jata hai, vah ann-pachan ki shakti, praja, pashu, brahmavarchas ka gyata hokar mahanh yash ko prapt karata hai.
athavan anuvak
ann ka kabhi tiraskar n karen. yah vrat hai. jal ann hai. tejas ann ka bhog karata hai. tejas jal men sthit hai aur tejas men jal ki sthiti hai. is prakar ann men hi ann pratishthit hai. jo sadhak is rahasy ko jan leta hai, vah ann roop brahm men pratishthat ho jata hai. use sabhi sukh, vaibhav aur yash prapt ho jate hain aur vah mahanh ho jata hai.
nauvan anuvak
isilie ann ki paidavar badhayen. prithvi hi ann hai aur ann ka utpadan badhana hi snkalp hona chahie. akash ann ka adhar hai, isilie vah usaka upabhokta hai. prithvi men akash aur akash men prithvi sthit hai. is prakar ann men hi ann adhishthit hai. jo sadhak is rahasy ko jan leta hai, vah yash ka bhagi hota hai. use samast sukh-vaibhav sahaj hi upalabdh ho jate hain.
dasavan anuvak

  • is anuvak men rishi batate hain ki ghar men aye atithi ka kabhi tiraskar n karen. jis prakar bhi bane, atithi ka man se adar-satkar karen. use prem se bhojan karayen. ap use jis bhav se bhi-oonche, madhyam athava nimn-bhav se bhojan karate hain, apako vaisa hi ann prapt hota hai. jo is tathy ko janata hai, vah atithi ka uttam adar-satkar karata hai. vah *paramatma, manushy ki vani men shakti-roop se vidyaman hai. vah pran-apan men pradata bhi hai aur rakshak bhi hai. vah hathon men karm karane ki shakti, pairon men chalane ki gati, guda men visarjan ki shakti ke roop men sthit hai. yah brahm ki 'manushi satta' hai.
  • paramatma apani 'daivi satta' ka pradarshan varsha dvara, vidyut dvara, pashuon dvara, grah-nakshatron ki jyoti dvara, upasth men prajanan-samarthy dvara, viry aur anand ke dvara abhivyakt karata hai. vah akash men vyapak vishv athava brahmand ke roop men sthit hai. vah sabaka adhar ras hai. vah sabase mahanh hai. vah 'man' hai, vah naman ke yogy hai, vah brahm hai, vah akash hai, vah mrityu hai, vah soory hai, vah annamay atma hai, vah pranamay hai, vah manomay hai, vah vigyanamay hai, vah anandamay hai.
  • is prakar jo use jan leta hai, vah mananashil, sampoorn kamanaon ko poorn kare lene vala, brahmamay, shatru-vinashak aur ichchhit bhogon ko prapt karane vala mahanh anandamay sadhak ho jata hai. sabhi lokon men usaka gaman sahaj ho jata hai.
  • tab use ashchary hota hai ki vah svayn atmatattv ann hai, atma hai, svyn hi use bhog karane vala hai. vahi usaka niyamak hai aur vahi usaka bhokta hai. vahi mantr hai aur vahi mantradrishta hai. vahi is pratyaksh saty-roop jagath ka pratham utpattikarta hai aur vahi usako lay kar jata hai. usaka tej soory ke saman hai. jo sadhak aisa anubhav karane lagata hai, vah usi ke anuroop samarthyavan ho jata hai.
