yah taittiriy shakha ka doosara shrautasootr hai. satyashadh (hiranyakeshisootr) ki mahadevakrit 'vaijayanti' tika ke mngal men taittiriy shakha ke kalpacharyon ki vandana ki gee hai. usamen baudhayan ke bad bharadvaj ka nam hai. parampara se bharadvaj aur bharadvaj– in donon shabdon ke prayog milate hain. bharadvaj shabd ka prayog adhik prachin hai. svayn bharadvaj grihyasootr[1] men achary bharadvaj ka nirdesh hai–'bharadvajay sootrakaray.'

sootragranth

jaisa ki uparyukt vivaran se spasht hai, yah sootragranth prashnon men vibhakt hai. pratyek prashn men kuchh kandikaen hain aur kandikaon men sootr hain. yah sootragranth hai, pravachan nahin hai. sootrarambh men vidhynsh hai aur bad men mantr. baudhayan shrautasootr ki apeksha isamen anek taittiriy shakhiy vishayon ka abhav hone se apoorn pratit hota hai. pramanapurassar kaha ja sakata hai ki kadachith pahale yah sootragranth poorn tha, jisake aprakashit anshon ke hastalekh parampara ka lop hone se nasht ho ge. saubhagy se isake praman any sootragranthon men, unake bhashyon aur prayogon men milate hain. daau. raghuvir ne apane snskaran men bharadvaj shrautasootr ke un prakaranon ka sngrah kiya hai, jo unhen apastamb shrautasootr ke rudradattakrit bhashy men aur satyashadh sootr ki mahadevakrit 'vaijayanti' men mile. daau. kashikar ne bhi apane snskaranon men in uddharanon ka snkalan kar unhen prakashit kiya hai. in prakaranon (uddharanon) men dakshayan ygy, ishtihotr, kamy pashuyag, somayag, prayashchitt, pashvaikadashini, agnichayan aur ashvamedh ka niroopan hai. isase spasht hai ki mool shrautasootr men ye vishay antarbhoot the. navam prashn men agnihotr aur ishti sambandhi prayashchitt samavisht hain. isi karan use poorv prayashchitt kaha gaya hai. any vishay sambandhi prayashchitt niroopak bharadvaj sootr ke uddharan milane se anuman hota hai ki is sootragranth men 'uttaraprayashchitt' sngyk ek prashn tha.

bharadvaj ne snhita, brahman aur aranyak in tinon granthon ke mantron ka viniyog kiya hai. bharadvaj ne tisare kand ke mantron ka viniyog uchit sthan par diya hai. unake samane sarasvat path pratishthit roop men tha, is karan avashyakata ke anuroop vah mantron ka nirdesh 'anuvak' ya 'anuvashakashesh' shabdon se karate hain. kabhi–kabhi 'iti pratipady ... ityante' (yahan se vahan tak) roop men bhi nirdesh hai. bharadvaj sootron men brahman granthon ke uddharan bhi milate hain. inhen uddhrit karake ant men 'iti vigyayate' ka ullekh hai. is sambandh men kabhi–kabhi 'brahman–vyakhyatamh' ya 'yatha samamnatamh' shabdon ka bhi prayog kiya gaya hai. baudhayan shrautasootr ke viparit bharadvaj ne taittiriy brahman[2] ke achchhidr kand men se bhi kuchh mantron ka viniyog kiya hai. upalabdh bharadvaj sootr men hautr ka koee ansh nahin hai.

agnishtom ya jyotishtom

pravargy vidhi somayag ke angaroop men ki jati hai. usaka sthan kahan hona chahie, is vishay men yajurvediy sootron men koee niyam nahin hai. bahudha agnishtom ya jyotishtom ke pashchath isaka vivaran svatantr prashn men diya gaya hai. bharadvaj sootr ki hastalikhit pratiyon men aur prakashit snskaran men bhi vah jyotishtom ke madhy men diya gaya hai. is prakar bharadvaj sootr men pravargy vidhi svatantr prashn men varnit hai. pratit hota hai ki kisi hastalekh ke lekhak ne apani suvidha ke lie use jyotishtom ke madhy men rakh diya jisaka anusaran any logon ne kiya, kyonki vastut: pravargy ka sthan jyotishtom ke ant men hona chahie, n ki anushthan–kram ko khandit karate hue madhy men.

mantr aur snhita

bharadvaj sootr apani taittiriy shakha ke sath any shakhaon se bhi mantr lekar unaka viniyog batalata hai. usane kand aur maitrayaniy shakhaon se bhi mantr lie hain. vajasaney snhita ke bhi kuchh mantr usamen milate hain. char richaen usamen shaunakiy atharvaved se bhi uddhrit hain. inamen se adhikashn uddharan bharadvaj aur apastamb sootr men saman hain. han, ek antar avashy hai. apastamb shrautasootr men jahan ‘vajasaneyak’ athava 'vajasananeyinh' ke nirdesh ke sath kuchh mat pradarshit hain, vahin bharadvaj sootr men ek bar bhi is prakar ka nirdesh nahin milata. ek bat aur dhyan dene ki hai. kuchh sthalon men bharadvaj sootr jahan kathak aur maitrayaniy snhita ka mantr viniyukt karata hai, vahin apastamb sootr taittiriy ya vajasaney snhita ka ashray leta hai.

vedon ke karmakand men jo vibhinn paramparaen nirmit hueen, unake karan ka sandhan vividh aitihasik aur bhaugolik sthitiyon men karana chahie. pahale pratyek ved ke shakal, bashkal prabhriti vibhinn charan hue, phir unake adhar par vibhinn sampraday sthapit hue, jo shakhaon ke roop men vidyaman hain. samanyat: yah kaha ja sakata hai ki jis vishay men brahmanokt vidhi spasht nahin hai, vahan sootron men paraspar matabhed dikhalaee padate hain. yon brahmanon men bhi bhinn–bhinn anushthan vishayak mat vyakt karane vale acharyon ke nam milate hain. ‘kvachith, eke, apare’ prabhriti shabdon dvara is mat–vaibhinny ka prakashan hua hai. bharadvaj shrautasootr men ashmarathy aur alekhan in do acharyon ke nam kuchh bar ae hain jo vidhi ke sambandh men vibhinn mat vyakt karate hain. bharadvaj parishesh sootr aur bharadvaj grihyasootr men bhi inake vibhinn maton ka nirdesh milata hai. bharadvaj sootr ke atirikt apastamb shrautasootr, satyashadh sootr, ashvalayan shrautasootr, baudhayan pravarasootr, atharv prayashchittani tatha poorvamimansa sootr men bhi in do acharyon ke vibhinn mat uddhrit hain. inake adhyayan se yah nishkarsh nikalata hai ki pray: ashmarathy ka mat parampara ke anukool hota hai aur alekhan ka mat suvidha ki pradhanata ke anuroop hota hai. bharadvaj parishesh sootr ka dvitiy prashojan hai ki ek or yah bharadvaj bharadvaj shrautasootr ka parishisht hai tatha doosari or paribhashaon ka sngrah hai. kul 222 sootron men se 102 paribhasha svaroop hain, tatha 9 anugrah roovaroop tatha shesh parishisht prakar ke hain. parishisht sootr mool sootron ko lekar pravritt hote hain. parishesh sootr men ashmarathy aur alekhan ke satha badarayan aur audulomi ke nam ate hain. kuchh sootr brahman vaky sadrish hain. hastalekhon men prapt snketon se anuman hota hai ki paribhasha sootr kndikaon men vibhakt tha. sootron men se ek tihaee oose sootr hain, jinake vishay upalabdh bharadvaj sootr men nahin hain. parishesh sootr ka adhikar bharadvaj shrautasootr ke hi saman raha hai. isaka praman yah hai ki taittiriy shakha ke sootron ke tikakaron ne parishesh aur shrautasootr donon ke hi sootron ka nirdesh bharadvaj ke nam se hi kiya gaya hai. parishesh sootr ke vishayakram ke snkirn hone se pratit hota hai ki yah ek achary ki kriti nahin hai. isake pranayan men anek rachanakaron ne yogadan kiya hoga.

shrautasootr tatha grihyasootr

  • bharadvaj rachit shrautasootr tatha grihyasootr; donon ki ek hi shaili hai. isase nishkarsh nikalata hai ki donon ki rachana ek hi vyakti ne ki thi. bharadvaj paitrimedhik sootr ka bhi shrautasootr se sadharmay hai. at: ise bhi usi rachanakar ki kriti manana upayukt hai.
  • bharadvaj shrautasootr men brahman granthon ki bhasha–shaili ke bahut prayog milate hain. prakrit bhasha ke ansh bhi isamen milate hain.
  • bharadvaj shrautasootr ke paryukt parichay se isaki prachinata suspasht hai. baudhayan aur bharadvaj sootron men kuchh baten saman hain tatha kuchh men bhinnata bhi hai. bharadvaj baudhayan ke sadrish vistar se vishayon ka pratipadan nahin karate aur n hi mantron ko poorn roop se uddhrit karate hain. jahan tak bharadvaj sootr ka vistar hai, vahin tak baudhayan aur bharadvaj ke vishayakram men bhinnata hai. darshapoornamaseshti men brahmatv men jyotishtom ke poorv prayashchitton ka vidhan hai. baudhayan men sabhi prayashchitt ant men ekatr die ge hain. bharadvaj men pravargyaprashn ko hastalekhon ke lekhakon ne jyotishtom ke madhy men sammilit kar diya hai.
  • baudhayan ki apeksha apastamb shrautasootr se bharadvaj ki rachana–shaili adhik milati hai. donon men vishayon ka kram pray: saman hai. itana hi nahin, sootron aur shabd–prayogon men bhi bahudha samy hai. apastamb ki apeksha bharadvaj ki rachana–shaili kuchh shithil hai. in pramanon se yah spasht hai ki bharadvaj ka samay baudhayan ke pashchath aur apastamb ke poorv hai. bharadvaj ne sambhavat: ee. poo. 550 ke as–pas apana shrautasootr racha hoga.
  • bharadvaj sootr men maitrayaniy snhita se mantr uddhrit kie ge hain. is snhita ka bhaugolik kshetr kuroopanchal pradesh men tha. bharadvaj grihyasetr men yamuna nadi ka nirdesh milata hai. isase spasht hai ki bharadvaj ka sthan kuru-panchal men yamuna nadi ke pradesh men tha. is shakha ke anuyayi andhr pradesh aur tamilanadu men the. is shakha ke hastalekh bhi inhin pradeshon men mile hain. pratit hota hai ki is shakha ke ine–gune anuyayi hi shesh hain.
