shukl yajurved ke is upanishad men 'rajayog' ka vistarapoorvak varnan kiya gaya hai. isaka mukhy dhyey 'brahm' ki prapti hai. isamen 'tarak yog' ki vyakhya, svaroop, lakshy, vidhi, siddhi, mudra aur phalashruti adi ke vishay men bataya gaya hai. isamen bataya gaya hai ki 'tarak-brahm' ki sadhana se jiv bhavasagar se par ho sakata hai.

kundalini shakti

prarambh men bataya gaya hai ki yogi ke sharir ke madhy 'sushumna' namak nadi chandrama ki bhanti prakashaman hai. vah 'mooladhar chakr' se 'brahmarandhr' tak vidyaman hai. is nadi ke bich men vidyut ke saman tejomayi sarpini ki bhanti, kundali mare hue, 'kundalini shakti' virajaman hai. us kundalini shakti ka gyan hote hi sadhak samast papon se mukt hokar 'moksh' ka adhikari ho jata hai. mastishk ke oopar sthit tejamay 'tarak-brahm' ke sath is kundalini shakti ka yog hote hi sadhak siddh ho jata hai. bhautik sukhon ki kamana men rat manushy nirantar papakarmon ki or pravritt rahata hai, parantu hriday men kundalini shakti ka darshan karane matr se hi sadhak shreshthatam anand ke srot ko apane bhitar hi prapt kar leta hai.

tarak yog

'tarak yog' ki do vidhiyan bataee gayi hain-

  1. 'poorvarddh' aur
  2. 'uttarardh' poorv ko 'tarak' kahate hain aur uttar ko 'amanask' (man ka shoony hona) kaha gaya hai. ham apani ankhon ki putaliyon (tarak) se soory v chandr ka darshan karate hain. jaise ankhon ke tarakon se brahmand men prakashaman taron ko, soory ko aur chandrama ko dekhate hain, vaise hi apane mastishk-roopi brahmand men 'brahm' ke prakashaman soory aur chandr adi nakshatron ka darshan karana chahie. bahy aur ant: men donon ko ek roop manakar hi chintan karane ki prakriya 'tarak yog' kahalati hai. ise samast indriyon ka daman kar ant: drishti se mano-roopi brahmand men 'tarak-brahm' ka chintan karana kahate hain .
  • tarak yog ki do vidhiyon men pratham 'moort' kahalati hai aur dvitiy 'amoort' hoti hai. donon tarakon ke madhy oordhv bhag men jyoti-svaroop 'brahm' ka nivas hai. yah brahm shubhr-roop tejasvi hai aur sadaiv prakashaman rahata hai. us brahm ko man sahit netron ki ant:drishti se dekhana chahie.
  • amoort tarak bhi isi vidhi se man aur snyukt netron se gyat kiya jata hai. isamen 'ekagrata' aur 'dhyan' anivary hain.
  • jo sadhak antarik drishti ke dvara donon bhrikutiyon ke madhy thoda oopar ki or dhyan kendrit karake brahm ke tejomay prakash ke darshan karata hai, vahi 'tarak yogi' kahalata hai. tarak ka 'poorvarddh yog' yahi hai. 'uttarardh yog' men talu-mool ke oordhv bhag men mahanh jyoti ka 'kiran mandal' sthit hai. usi ka dhyan tarak yogi amoorti roop se karata hai. usase anek siddhiyan prapt hoti hai.

shambhavi mudra

yogi sadhak ki bhitari aur bahari lakshy-sandhan ki samarthy drishti, jab sthir ho jati hai, tab vah sthiti hi 'shambhavi mudra' kahalati hai. isase yogi param sadaguru ka sthan prapt kar leta hai. jo agyan-roopi andhakar ko rokane men samarth hota hai, vahi sachcha aur sadachari guru kahalata hai.

  1. arthath guru hi 'paramabrahm' paramatma hai, guru ki param (shreshth) gati hai, guru para-vidya hai aur guru hi parayan (uttam ashray) hai. is upanishad ka path karane se sadhak ko moksh prapt ho jata hai aur janm-janmantar ke pap tatkal nasht ho jate hain tatha samast ichchhaon ki poorti sahaj hi ho jati hai.
