  • krishn yajurved se sambandhit is upanishad men 'dhyan' par vishesh prakash dala gaya hain isaka prarambh 'brahm dhyanayog' se hota hai. usake bad 'brahm' ki sookshmata, sarvavyapakata, onkar svaroop, onkar ki dhyan-vidhi, pranayam dvara onkar ka dhyan, brahm ka dhyan, hriday men brahm ka dhyan, yog dvara dhyan, kundalini se moksh-prapti, hnsavidya, brahmachary, nadabrahm ka dhyan, atmadarshan, sadhana-siddhi adi ka vyavaharik vivechan kiya gaya hai.
  • rishi ka kahana hai ki 'dhyan-yog' se parvaton se bhi oonche papon ka vinash ho jata hai.
  • bijakshar 'Om' se pare 'bindu' aur usake oopar 'nad' vidyaman hai. us madhur nad-dhvani ke akshar men vilay ho jane par, jo shabdavihin sthiti hoti hai, vahi 'param pad' hai. usase bhi pare, jo param karan 'nirvishesh brahm' hai, use prapt karane ke uparant sabhi snshay nasht ho jate hain. jo sookshm se bhi atisookshm shesh hai, vahi brahm ki satta hai. pushp men gandh ki bhanti, doodh men ghi ki bhanti, til men tel ki bhanti hi atma ka astittv hai. usi 'atma' ke dvara 'brahm' ka sakshatkar ya anubhav kiya ja sakata hai.
  • 'moksh' prapt karane vale sabhi sadhakon ka lakshy 'Omkar' roopi ekakshar 'brahm' raha hai. jo sadhak onkar se anabhigy hain, ve 'brahman' kahalane ke yogy nahin hain. onkar se hi sab devataon ki utpatti aur samast jad-jngam padarthon ka astitv hai.
  • hridayakamal ki karnika ke madhy men sthit jyotishikha ke saman angushthamatr akar ke nity 'Omkar' roop paramatma ka sada dhyan karane se, samast pap nasht ho jate hain.
  • yog dvara dhyan karate hue tatha kundalini- jagaran ke dvara sahastradal kamal par virajaman paramatma ko prapt karana chahie. is vidya ka prayog kisi siddhahast yogi ke sannidhy men hi karana chahie, anyatha hani hone ki sambhavana rahati hai.
