raghuvir sahay 1951 men 'lakhanoo vishvavidyalay' se angrezi sahity men em. e. kiya aur sahity srijan 1946 se prarambh kiya. angrezi bhasha men shiksha prapt karane par bhi unhonne apana rachana snsar hindi bhasha men racha. 'navabharat taims ke sahayak snpadak tatha 'dinaman saptahik ke snpadak rahe. pashchath svatntr lekhan men rat rahe. inhonne prachur gady aur pady likhe hain. raghuvir sahay 'doosara saptak ke kaviyon men hain.[1]

raghuvir sahay ne apani kahaniyon men muhavaron evn kahavaton ka prayog kiya hai. sahity men rochakata evn saundary vriddhi ke liye inaka bahut hi mahatv hai -

kahaniyon men snvad yojana

raghuvir sahay ki kahaniyon men snvad yojana samany batachit evn bhasha ki sampreshaniyata ke karan yatharth ka bodh karati hain. vijeta kahani ke ek udaharan dvara ise samajha ja sakata hai -
